Heidi Klum Is Owning Her Confidence

Klum, a legendary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, recently addressed the backlash in a candid conversation on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. She reaffirmed her stance on body positivity, explaining that she refuses to let age or public opinion dim her self-confidence.

“At the end of the day, I still look in the mirror and feel good about myself. I still have the fire in me,” Klum shared. “I love fun outfits, doing my hair, and running around the beach with my boobs hanging out—and I don’t really care what people think.”

Despite criticism, Klum proudly embraces her post-motherhood body. She humorously admitted, “Do they look like how they did before kids sucked the life out of them? No, but I’m still happy with what I see in the mirror.”

Embracing A Healthy Lifestyle

Beyond her unapologetic attitude, Klum has long prioritized a healthy lifestyle. In a recent interview with Shape magazine, she shared her approach to staying fit as a mother of four.

“I try to be as active as possible. I don’t always have time for structured workouts, so I make family activities part of my routine—bike rides, hikes with our dogs, and jumping on the trampoline.”

Klum explained that being present and active with her children, Helene, Henry, Johan, and Lou, has helped her maintain both her fitness and happiness. “Staying healthy is about making it fun and not feeling like work,” she added.

Staying Resilient In The Face Of Criticism

While some took issue with her topless beach photos, which were obtained by TMZ, Klum remains unfazed by public scrutiny. She emphasized her self-assurance, saying, “I feel strong in myself, and if people want to criticize, so be it. My legs don’t look like your legs—so what? I’m still happy with them.”

She also highlighted the importance of focusing on personal well-being over external validation: “At the end of the day, it’s not about what others think. It’s about how I feel in my skin, and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved.”
