Taylor Swift is reportedly celebrating her billionaire status by expanding her $17.75 million Rhode Island mansion.
The singer is said to be adding a new wing with a bedroom, more bathrooms, and a kitchen upgrade.
Taylor Swift's estate inspired her song "The Last Great American Dynasty" and has hosted star-studded events with guests like Travis Kelce, Gigi Hadid, and Blake Lively.

According to a building permit obtained by the Providence Journal, Swift will add a new wing to her oceanfront estate in the exclusive Watch Hill neighborhood of Westerly.
The expansion will include an additional bedroom measuring approximately 16 by 24 feet, along with extra bathrooms.
The singer is also updating her kitchen as part of the renovations. While the exact number of new bathrooms hasn't been disclosed, the project's total cost, including labor and materials, is estimated at $1.7 million.
Swift's sprawling 11,000-square-foot estate, known as High Watch or Holiday House, sits atop a scenic cliffside and features 700 feet of private beachfront.
As reported by Page Six, the eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom property spans over 5.23 acres and boasts manicured gardens, a sweeping patio, and a luxurious swimming pool.
Taylor Swift's Rhode Island Mansion: The Inspiration Behind Her Song 'The Last Great American Dynasty'
Swift purchased her Rhode Island mansion with an all-cash offer in 2013. The estate, featuring eight charming fireplaces, holds sentimental value for the singer.
It even inspired her 2020 track "The Last Great American Dynasty," which tells the story of Rebekah Harkness, a wealthy socialite and former owner of the home.
In 2020, the "Cruel Summer" hitmaker spoke to Rolling Stone about becoming fascinated by Harkness.
"Her name was Rebekah Harkness. And she lived in the house that I ended up buying in Rhode Island. That's how I learned about her," she explained. "She was a woman who was very, very talked about, and everything she did was scandalous. I found a connection in that."
Beyond its historical ties, the coastal estate located near the upscale Ocean House resort has also served as the setting for several of Swift's high-profile gatherings.
In August, her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, and his Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes were seen enjoying one of Swift's exclusive pool parties on the property.
The Singer Set To Attend Chiefs vs. Texans Playoff Game, Travis Kelce Confirms
With Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour now behind her, the megastar has largely retreated from the public eye, making only occasional appearances, most notably on date nights with boyfriend Kelce and at Kansas City Chiefs games.
However, it seems the singer's first major public appearance of 2025 is right around the corner.
During an interview on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Saturday, January 11, Kelce confirmed that Swift will attend the Chiefs' playoff game against the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, January 18.
When McAfee playfully hinted at Swift's potential presence, asking if there would be "a little bit extra aura in that place," Kelce enthusiastically responded, "Oh yeah, you know it, baby. It's playoff football, man."
Kelce even quipped about Swift's hit song "22" while discussing his mindset for the upcoming game, saying, "I'm fired up. I'm feeling 22 all over again. Baby, let's go."
Travis Kelce Hints At Taylor Swift's New Music Inspired By Their Relationship
During the chat, host McAfee speculated about Swift's highly anticipated twelfth album, suggesting it might include more tracks inspired by Kelce, similar to fan-favorite songs like "So High School" and "The Alchemy."
McAfee joked, "I've listened to all the albums, I've heard about them all… I appreciate you, dude. I also think there's one coming where it's going to be great, like, a guy good thing. Like, that'll be great, in my house."
In response, Kelce playfully hinted that "there might be a few" new songs in the works but stayed tight-lipped when asked if he'd heard any upcoming tracks.
"You know I can't say, you know I can't say… any of that," the footballer replied coyly. "I hear music everywhere."
Still, Kelce made it clear that he fully supports Swift's creative process.
"Oh yeah, c'mon now, you know it," he said. "I'll never chime in, but you already know I'm here to support it. I'm here to see where it can go, you know what I mean."

According to the Daily Mail, Swift's romance with the Kansas City Chiefs star has "shifted her priorities around."
While she had previously preferred New York City as her primary base in the U.S., this decision reportedly signals a shift in the pop star's "new outlook on life."
