Saying A Final Farewell To The Eras Tour

In another Instagram post, Gorman shared a video montage of highlights from The Eras Tour set to Swift’s track “New Year’s Day.” In the caption, the backup singer admitted, “Every time I’ve tried to put something together, the idea of it being the last has been paralyzing and overwhelming to the point of full avoidance” and confessed to struggling to find the words to express how she was feeling through tears.

“This experience has been more than just a tour for me, more than just a show. These people that I get to call family, the love that we feel on and off stage… 'we' will be the only 'we' that will ever have been on this beautiful, exhausting, record breaking, joy filled, tour of a lifetime,” she continued, going on to describe the experience as a “blessing.”

“Thank you, God. Long live the magic that was #TheErasTour ...holding onto the memories with all of my might,” she concluded. “I hope I never forget it.”
