Anthony Hopkins has tragically lost his home in the devastating California wildfires that have swept through Los Angeles.

The fires, fueled by fierce winds and dry conditions, have left a trail of destruction, with over 30,000 residents currently under evacuation orders. Among those affected are numerous celebrities, including the legendary actor.

87-year-old Anthony Hopkins had purchased a stunning four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Pacific Palisades area for $6 million in 2021.

Unfortunately, the property was completely destroyed by the flames.

Photos, obtained by Daily Mail, reveal the charred remains of the classic colonial-style house, with little more than a scorched fence standing as a stark reminder of what was once a beautiful home. The home had represented a fresh start for the Oscar-winning actor, who had recently sold his long-time Malibu oceanfront property for $10.5 million.

This was not the first time Hopkins faced such devastation. Back in November 2018, his Pacific Palisades home narrowly escaped the Woolsey Fire, which destroyed a neighboring property. Additionally, in 2000, Hopkins lost a home in London to a fire, though he was safe in Los Angeles at the time.

As the fires continue to rage, Hopkins joins a growing list of Hollywood elites grappling with the loss of their homes.

Actress Anna Faris’ $5 million Pacific Palisades mansion has also been reduced to ashes. Faris purchased the 4,000-square-foot home in 2019. Photos show the once-luxurious estate charred down to its foundation, with only the faint outline of a swimming pool remaining as a haunting reminder of what was lost.

Mature trees surrounding the property stand bare, their leaves scorched away by the intense heat, and the swimming pool appears to have evaporated during the blaze. Fortunately, the property had been evacuated before the fire descended on the neighborhood.

Similarly, actor James Woods lost his property in Pacific Palisades to the raging inferno. The shocking wildfire, aided by fierce winds, devastated the affluent neighborhood, forcing many residents to flee.

Paris Hilton also became a victim of the fires when her beachfront home in Malibu was reduced to rubble. Sources revealed that her beloved property was completely burned to the ground. Though the Malibu residence was not her main home, the loss has been described as devastating, especially after she revealed she watched it burn down on live TV.

Plus, actors Adam Brody and Leighton Meester's $7 million mansion is one of the 1,000 structures devastated by the wildfires. The couple bought the five-bedroom home in 2019, but recent photos reveal the property consumed by flames.

There's a rainbow shining on it which I'm taking as a sign of hope for all creatures who have been affected by this tragedy,” she shared. “The animals and the rescue ranch are OK tho which is the most important thing.
