Jay-Z has intensified his fight against his rape accuser's lawyer, Tony Buzbee, by calling for sanctions against him.

In a new filing, the rapper referenced inconsistencies in the Jane Doe claims, arguing that they prove the Texas-based attorney did not conduct even the "most rudimentary of investigations" before filing the suit on her behalf.

Tony Buzbee has responded to Jay-Z's latest filing, saying it "reeks of desperation" and that neither he nor his client will be "bullied or intimidated."

Documents obtained by TMZ have revealed that Jay-Z is hell-bent on going after his rape accuser's attorney, Tony Buzbee.

The rapper filed a new motion via his lawyer, Alex Spiro, in which he called for the sanctioning of the Texas-based attorney for filing the "false rape lawsuit that's damaged his reputation."

In the new filing from the music mogul, Jay-Z complained that Buzbee failed to "conduct even the most rudimentary investigation into the shocking claims" made by his accuser and referenced the inconsistencies pointed out in her NBC News interview.

The inconsistencies include how the alleged victim's father shared that he has no recollection of picking up his daughter, as she claimed after she was allegedly raped by Jay-Z at a VMA Awards afterparty in 2000 when she was 13 years old.

Jay-Z's attorney also pointed out how MTV was not allowed to use a Jumbotron to air the event, which calls into question Jane Doe's claim about watching the ceremony on a Jumbotron.

According to the new filing, Jay-Z believes that it would be "easily debunked" all of his accuser's claims and that this would have been the case if her lawyer had done the "slightest bit of homework" before filing the lawsuit.

Following the filing, Buzbee released a statement where he slammed Jay-Z's lawyer, saying each legal move from the rapper's legal team regarding the rape case "reeks of desperation."

"Mr. Spiro and his team think the laws and rules don't apply to them. They are flat wrong," Buzbee told the outlet.

He added, "They also think they can bully or intimidate counsel by filing meritless and frivolous pleadings full of lies and half-truths. Again, they are dead wrong. We won't be bullied or intimidated, ever."

The new filing comes after Jay-Z added a defamation claim to an extortion suit he filed against Buzbee, per the Daily Mail.

In the amended filing, the Roc Nation founder's attorneys accused Buzbee of launching a defamation campaign against Jay-Z, citing media threats made to "anyone who may have ever come into contact with [Sean 'Diddy'] Combs," who at the time was facing multiple civil lawsuits from Buzbee.

As part of the docs, the rapper's legal team added evidence of the Texas-based attorney liking posts that suggested Jay-Z was guilty and also referenced a December 10 TMZ article in which Buzbee talked about filing a criminal complaint against the music mogul.

According to Jay-Z's lawyers, Buzbee intended "to leave the public with one unavoidable conclusion" that the rapper was "facing imminent criminal prosecution for rape" – an act that defamed him.

Recently, Jay-Z also presented new reasons why his accuser's rape case should be thrown out.

His lawyer, Spiro, argued that the legal statute under which the woman is suing was not implemented until three months after the alleged sexual incident occurred, according to the Daily Mail.

As a result, he claimed, the statute "can't be applied retroactively" to the rapper, who has vehemently denied the accusations leveled against him since they emerged.

Spiro also claimed that the case should be invalidated on jurisdictional grounds, referencing the time and place where the incident allegedly occurred.

He went on to argue that the suit should be dismissed because it was filed outside the statute of limitations.

In response, the alleged victim's lawyer, Buzbee, dismissed Spiro's claims as "technical arguments" and expressed confidence in the strength of his case.

He said, per TMZ, "The law is clearly on our side and the side of alleged victims. The law is well settled that we are correct."

Jay-Z's Lawyer Says The Rapper Has No Association With Diddy

During a press briefing in New York City, attorney Spiro revealed that Jay-Z was upset by the rape allegations brought against him.

"He's upset. He's upset that somebody would be allowed to do this, to make a mockery of the system like this," Spiro said, per CNN. "He's upset that this distracts and dissuades real victims from coming forward. He's upset that his kids and his family have to deal with this. He's upset, and he should be upset."

Spiro also said that Jay-Z has no association with Diddy and knows nothing about the rapper's legal troubles.

"Mr. Carter has nothing to do with Mr. Combs's case or Mr. Combs," the lawyer said. "They knew each other professionally for a number of years. Just like in all professions, people know each other. At the music awards, they support each other."

"There is no closer association between any of them," he added. "That's also a matter of fiction. That's all that there is. He doesn't know anything about the charges or allegations against [Combs]. He has nothing to do with that case."
