Christine Quinn wants financial transparency in her ongoing divorce from Christian Richard.
The "Selling Sunset" alum is determined to examine her estranged husband's financial record, and her legal team is working hard to make this happen.
Christine Quinn and Christian Richard's divorce process began when the latter filed a petition for marriage dissolution after Quinn accused him of physically assaulting their son.
Christine Quinn Subpoenaed The Bank For Information On All Of Christian Richard's Transactions
In the subpoena, Quinn demanded that Needham Bank provide explanations about accounts held by her former partner and a company called RealOpen Realty.
She demanded information and documents from May 1 to present on any account opened by either party or under Richard's social security number.
The bank was also ordered to produce copies of all statements and records of deposits and their offsets, withdrawals, transfers, and documents carrying proof of other account activity for any type of account Richard may hold at the financial institution. Quinn's lawyer declared in the subpoena:
"Copies of all applications to modify or alter account statuses, titles, access, privileges, or permissions for any and all accounts in the name of the above-captioned persons/entities or held on behalf of the above-captioned persons/entities, or on which accounts the above-captioned persons/entities is authorized to make transactions."
The reality star also demanded that records of any credit card applications, credit card statements, loan applications, any documents reflecting income or expenses, and information pertaining to current or expired safe deposit box rentals by the tech guri be submitted for examination.
According to In Touch, the computer science graduate has not responded to his estranged wife's subpoena.
The Software Engineer Cited Irreconcilable Differences In His Divorce Petition
The estranged couple have been slugging out their messy divorce that began with a phone call Quinn made to the cops. The realtor accused her tech expert ex-husband of throwing a bag of glass and allegedly hitting their son in the process.
Although Richard vehemently denied the accusation, he was still arrested for assault with a deadly weapon charge. The celebrity posted a $30,000 bond and was released from custody. He proceeded to file for divorce from his estranged wife weeks after the arrest.
Richard claimed "irreconcilable differences" were the reason for the breakup and he asked the court for sole legal custody of their son. He also requested that his former wife not be awarded spousal support.
The drama did not end there- Richard and Quinn filed dueling restraining orders against each other. In response, the court granted the reality star a temporary restraining order, demanding that the tech CEO stay 100 yards away from her vicinity.
Quinn Gained Exclusive Use Of Their Joint Home
In addition to the restraining order, the TV personality also gained exclusive access and occupancy of their L.A. home. In August, the entrepreneur accused his estranged wife of neglecting the home she was awarded exclusive use of and allowing it to deteriorate under her care.
His legal representative confirmed to the court, "It is clear that [Christine] is not maintaining the property as the marital home or the familial home for the child."
The lawyer noted that she has not lived on or maintained the property since at least July of this year. The attorney claimed that she is now in "violation of the [court order requiring] her to maintain the property."
Richard added that his estranged wife's refusal to maintain the property created "massive damage to the house" and put him at risk of criminal action as the owner of the home.
The reality star responded to Richard's claim and asked the court to deny his request to allow him back inside the home.
Richard Demanded Repayment Of A $29,000 Loan
The luxury realtor affirmed her estranged husband's claims about alleged water damage at their Hollywood Hills property were false.
As shared by The Blast, her attorney described Richard's account as exaggerated and clarified that the real issue stemmed from an "unpaid LADWP bill that hasn't been paid for months."
Quinn's lawyers argued that the water problem stemmed from a burst pipe on the property in September 2023 that caused flooding in the basement. The business owner then moved on from the water damage issue to making a huge financial demand from his estranged wife.
He demanded Quinn refund him $29,000, the alleged monthly rental value of their shared home, and repayment for luxury Hermes bags he purchased for her during their marriage. According to him, these bags were "investment items" bought on Quinn's behalf.
Christine Quinn Focused On Healing And Moving On From Her Divorce Drama
Despite the heat of their messy exchange, the reality star resolved to emerge from the crisis stronger and a much better person.
She showed her commitment to the process when she pulled up on the gram in a revealing pink bikini while soaking up the sun on a luxurious boat, clearly enjoying life as a newly single woman.
Quinn's ravishing figure was on full display in the skimpy bikini top that wrapped down her waist and paired with matching bottoms. Her platinum-blonde tresses complemented her looks, flowing softly on her face as she lounged at the back of the boat.
With the catchy tune "360" by Charli XCX playing in the background, Quinn issued a public service announcement to her fans and a jab at her estranged partner that read, "Remember, ladies, while you're healing, he's balding."
