Jay-Z's lawyer has asked the court to compel the rapper's accuser and her legal team to "preserve all evidence relevant to the case" after the alleged victim admitted to making mistakes in her allegations.

The victim, who was 13 years old at the time she claimed she was raped, recently shared in an interview that she may have made errors in her legal complaint but stands by her accusations.

In the filing, Jay-Z's legal team also pointed out flaws in the accuser's case and claimed they rendered her allegations "wholly unreliable."

In a new filing obtained by Fox News Digital, Jay-Z's lawyer, Alex Spiro, expressed fears that the rapper's accuser may destroy evidence in their case after the alleged victim admitted to making mistakes in her allegations.

As part of the docs, the attorney urged the court to compel the anonymous accuser and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, to "preserve all evidence relevant to this case."

Jay-Z's lawyer also poked holes in the alleged victim's case, referencing the mistakes she made in her allegations during an interview.

This includes a claim made by Jane Doe that the assault occurred in a private residence, which, according to Jay-Z's lawyer, does not exist.

"The timeline, location, and occurrence of events alleged in Plaintiff's complaint are rendered impossible by these admissions," Jay-Z's lawyer also penned in the documents. "Taken together, the factual inconsistencies, timeline impossibilities, and the lack of corroborating evidence make Plaintiff's allegations … wholly unreliable."

Buzbee had earlier responded to the uproar surrounding the alleged victim's admission, stating that another firm vetted her rape claims and that his office is still in the process of vetting it.

"Jane Doe's case was referred to our firm by another, who vetted it prior to sending it to us," he said in an email to NBC News.

He added, "Our client remains fiercely adamant that what she has stated is true, to the best of her memory. We will continue to vet her claims and collect corroborating data to the extent it exists."

Buzbee also noted that the entire situation has been "extremely distressing" for Jay-Z's accuser and has brought on seizures and stress for which she had to seek medical treatment.

After the alleged victim admitted to making mistakes in her complaint, Jay-Z's legal team slammed her lawyer for failing to conduct a "reasonable inquiry into the facts" before filing the claim.

In a filing to the court, they also dismissed the allegations as a "sham" and "patently false."

"Basic facts in her narrative — the who, what, when, and where — are wrong," the filing read, per NBC News. "These stunning revelations make clear that the complaint filed by the plaintiff's attorney, Anthony Buzbee, had no factual basis whatsoever."

The lawyers concluded the filing by announcing their intention to immediately submit a motion to strike the first amended complaint, which relates to the refiling of the lawsuit that initially named only Sean "Diddy" Combs.

It appears that the legal back-and-forth between the victim's lawyer and Jay-Z's legal team is set to escalate further, as the former recently filed a new lawsuit against the other side.

In the filing, he claimed that Jay-Z and his team employed "shadowy operatives" and promised payoffs to provoke some of his former clients into suing his law firm.

He alleged that these actions violated various state laws, adding that some of the operatives impersonated Texas state officials by "flashing fake badges."

Jay-Z's Roc Nation responded to the allegations by calling them another "sham" designed to deflect attention.

"Tony Buzbee's baloney lawsuit against Roc Nation is nothing but another sham. It's a pathetic attempt to distract and deflect attention," read a statement from the organization, per USA Today. "This sideshow won't change the ultimate outcome, and true justice will be served soon."

During a press briefing in New York City, attorney Spiro revealed that Jay-Z was upset by the rape allegations brought against him.

"He's upset. He's upset that somebody would be allowed to do this, to make a mockery of the system like this," Spiro said, per CNN. "He's upset that this distracts and dissuades real victims from coming forward. He's upset that his kids and his family have to deal with this. He's upset, and he should be upset."

Spiro also said that Jay-Z has no association with Diddy and knows nothing about the rapper's legal troubles.

"Mr. Carter has nothing to do with Mr. Combs's case or Mr. Combs," the lawyer said. "They knew each other professionally for a number of years. Just like in all professions, people know each other. At the music awards, they support each other."

"There is no closer association between any of them," he added. "That's also a matter of fiction. That's all that there is. He doesn't know anything about the charges or allegations against [Combs]. He has nothing to do with that case."
