Noah Cyrus is all tied up in camo and shirtless as she eyes global domination. The 21-year-old singer and sister to Miley Cyrus, last year saying she felt “stripped” of her identity by growing up in 28-year-old Miley’s shadow, is having the last laugh with her Best New Artist Grammy nomination, with today seeing the “July” singer gracing Billboard’s Instagram as she goes live to promote her nomination. Taking to her stories and for her 6 million followers, Noah showed ’em how she’s “taking over.” Check it out below.

In November of last year, Noah made headlines for filming herself sobbing as she reacted to the prestigious Grammy nomination.
“IM A GRAMMY NOMINATED ARTIST!!! i’m in a puddle of tears in bed after being woken up and told IM NOMINATED AS BEST NEW ARTIST,” she told fans, then revealing that 53-year-old mom Tish Cyrus had actually predicted the whole thing in her intentions.
