Inside Chelsea O'Donnell's New Plethora Of Charges

The star's daughter has found it challenging to keep a clean slate after her back-to-back arrests in September and October, respectively.

The Blast shared that Chelsea landed in fresh trouble, which saw her facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from her recent arrest in November.

Her latest charges included possession of methamphetamine, resisting an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia tied to the November 18 encounter.

The young mom's charges now reportedly include felony possession of Hydrocodone, misdemeanor possession of Lamotrigine, and two additional felonies for violating bond terms in her other pending criminal cases.

She also bagged a felony charge for meth possession within 1,000 feet of jail following the arrest. Chelsea's bail was set at $7,500 when she appeared in court via Zoom on November 25, a week after the arrest.

The court reportedly imposed strict conditions, forbidding her from possessing drugs, consuming alcohol, or "contact with known drug users or sellers."

Chelsea Was Rearrested For Drug Possession During A Routine Car Check By The Police

Like her last arrest, Chelsea met her Waterloo during a routine traffic stop search by Niagara Police. The 27-year-old was reportedly a passenger in one of the cars pulled over for having a very loud exhaust.

Alongside Chelsea were another woman, a man named Justin, and a young child. Authorities immediately picked up a weird behavior, including visible pick marks on Chelsea's face, which officers linked with heavy substance usage.

A K9 unit was promptly brought to the scene, and a positive alert led to a search of the vehicle and its occupants. During the search, officers stumbled on a "clear smoking device" with methamphetamine residue concealed in Chelsea's underwear.

The comedian's daughter also added resisting arrest to the list of her wrongdoings. She reportedly tensed her arm as officers tried to handcuff her. Reports claimed she was eventually subdued, arrested, and ferried off to the station in a squad car.

Rosie O'Donnell Was Hopeful For Her Daughter's Triumphant Recovery From Drug Addiction

Rosie's stance on her daughter's situation has remained consistent, with hope being a recurring theme. In October, The Blast gathered from a statement on her social media about Chelsea's arrest that the family was rooting for her to overcome the "deadly disease."

The star admitted that the family is well aware of her struggles to keep off drugs for a decade now, but they can only hope things get better.

Rosie shared the statement with a heartwarming image of her daughter holding her baby. "Chelsea is in the news today- this is a photo from a better time- here is the family comment," the comedian began.

Chelsea O'Donnell's Was Initially Arrested In September

The 27-year-old opened her can of legal troubles when she called the police into her home during an argument with her partner.

According to the Marinette County Sheriff's office, Chelsea called them on September 10, and the dispatch overheard people arguing and a female telling someone to "get the hell away from her."

On getting to her home, police discovered Chelsea in a disorganized state with dilated pupils. When asked about the situation over the phone, Chelsea reportedly explained that she got into a verbal disagreement with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, who was inside the home with her son.

The officer at the scene stated that he tried to ask her more questions, but she was not being honest, adding, "This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks prior when I was at her house for a similar incident."

Chelsea was then arrested, and the officer found a meth pipe with meth residue in her pocket, prompting him to check inside on the welfare of the baby. Her 11-month-old was found in the apartment filled with meth pipes, feces, and garbage, prompting them to arrest her for child neglect.

Chelsea O'Donnell is not closing the year on a high note with all these controversies, or is there hope for a last-minute miracle?
