Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Thanksgiving Was Reportedly About DV And Cops Visit

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are back at butting heads again; not even the festivities of Thanksgiving could hold them back! The estranged couple reportedly got into a war of words with their kids present, leading to intervention from the police.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's argument came in the middle of their home getting ready for foreclosure on December 3 following a series of debts and an unbearable financial crisis.

According to reports from the Milton Police Department, they were called over to attend to a domestic violence case at the estranged couple's Georgia home. Zolciak disclosed that she and her ex had a heated exchange while removing curtains in their home. 

She accused her estranged husband as the aggressor, who became confrontational and physically yanked her off the ladder and threw her on the ground.

Cops noted that Zolciak insisted she was hurt during the exchange but refused to show evidence of any injury to first responders. According to TMZ's report, some of Zolciak's kids, including one of her daughters, who spoke with authorities, were present at the scene.

According to Zolciak's daughter, the reality on the ground differed from the story her mother provided. She shared that Zolciak fell from the ladder during a disagreement with her estranged husband.

Police gathered from the child that Biermann was initially taking down the curtains, which did not impress Zolciak. The reality star then allegedly got on the ladder and began removing the curtains herself before falling on top of her former husband.

The girl continued that Biermann spoke with her and encouraged her to be honest with the police but denied he instructed her on what to say.

Another one of the kids further told police they did not witness Biermann pull the TV personality from the ladder. The kid added that he came upstairs and interrupted the argument after hearing it unfold from down in the basement.

According to the report, Biermann alleged his estranged wife had attacked him from behind and struck him in the face. Ultimately, the officers could not make any arrests as they could not determine the "primary aggressor" in the incident. 

The former couple's divorce process has been marked with multiple allegations flying against each other. In October, The Blast reported that the Bravo star filed a new undisclosed motion against Biermann.

Insiders familiar with the situation claimed she accused the former athlete of keeping tabs on her within their home. Zolciak allegedly tendered photo evidence of Biermann passed out in her closet after long hours of spying on her.

These incidents reportedly continued with him intruding on her private space while she was absent from home and even tampering with her security systems. The sources noted that Zolciak had set up security cameras to stop her former husband from the act, but he took everything out. 

She described his behavior as a blatant disregard for the judge's previous order about their living situation. The judge had previously ordered Zolciak to stay in the basement of their home while Biermann got to keep the master bedroom.

Sources claimed the former "RHOA" cast member was never trying to get rid of her ex but to curb his surveillance and recover her missing items.

Sources claimed Zolciak believed Biermann would eventually return her missing items. She, however, decided to involve the court since he refused to show his commitment to replacing the items.

Her motion, if granted, would prevent Biermann from touching her items in the future, including personal notes Zolciak suspects he may have already gotten his hands on. 

Sources also disclosed that her new claims matched previous reports she made about stolen items in January and May.

In January, the entertainer claimed Biermann stole her personal items in an attempt to sell them, but he denied these allegations. A similar incident occurred in May when cops were called to their home.

During the May call, Zolciak accused Biermann of snatching her phone and then locking himself in the master bedroom. Body cam footage from the responding officers captured the former linebacker denying having access to his estranged wife's cell.

This new fight comes after The Blast shared last week that Biermann has joined Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. as their Crane and Rigging Coordinator.

The former footballer reportedly monitors logistics, "working hard at enhancing workflow efficiency" and "reducing operational bottlenecks." He has gone full suit and tie.

The 39-year-old has reportedly been working at the company that played a role in building the State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for a while now.

His new firm also constructed the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, which means Biermann is in good hands when it comes to his professional future.
