Kellie Pickler does not want public interference in legal back and forth with her late husband's parents. As the vocalist prepares to be deposed by her late husband's folks, her priority shifts towards ensuring optimum privacy.
Kellie Pickler and Kyle Jacobs' parents have not seen eye to eye over the state of things since the singer died tragically last year.
Kellie Pickler Accused Kyle Jacobs' Parents Of Refusing To Assure Her Privacy Ahead Of Deposition
The late country singer's wife will be questioned under oath by her late husband's parents as their court battle over his property peaks.
According to court documents in the ongoing legal tussle, Kyle's parents, Reed and Sharon Jacobs, informed Kellie of their plans to depose her as part of the recent petition she filed in court.
Kellie then quickly notified the court days before the scheduled deposition that her in-laws needed to be on board with the terms of a proactive order.
She claimed that the proactive order would protect any visual material from the deposition from third-party ownership. Kellie established her fear over the transcript getting released to people not connected to the ongoing case in any way.
In Touch confirmed that the court ordered Kellie's deposition to move forward as scheduled. A judge also granted an interim protective order preventing each side from sharing the transcript of video of Kellie's deposition "pending further orders of the court."

As reported by The Blast, the performer previously filed a petition declaring that, "a dispute has arisen amongst the parties regarding certain personal property" belonging to her late husband before his passing.
Kellie's legal rep declared that Kyle's parents created a document titled List of Assets and "have demanded — via a subpoena issued in the probate estate directed to [Kellie] — that [Kellie] deliver to the possession of their legal counsel."
Her attorney noted that "Included in the List of Assets are items" that his client "either does not have in her possession or over which right, title and possession are disputed."
She then demanded the court ascertain who has the right to the items left behind by Kyle between her and his parents who are also co-administrators of his estate.

Kellie continued in the petition that Reed and Sharon entered her home and went away with items owned by Kyle after his death. She said her in-laws had not provided a list of the items taken on the day.
The TV personality requested in the suit that Reed and Sharon tender a comprehensive itinerary of the items obtained from her late husband's home.
The subpoena list of the missing items reportedly included her ex-husband's gun collection, which included three rifles, seven pistols, and one shotgun.
Other assets on the list included Kyle's Japanese sword, Rolex watch, Garmin watch, a 1957 J45 Gibson guitar, a McPherson KOA Guitar, a plastic bin of baseball card albums, school awards, a Steinway Grand Model M piano, and a viola.
She also shared that Kyle's parents requested that his work laptop, iPhone, and hard drives be provided.

Kyle's family apparently had enough of Kellie's claims and declared that she was withholding property belonging to the estate. The couple noted that she was "presently in violation of a subpoena … issued to her for the return of the estate's property" in the probe case.
They also trashed Kellie's narrative that she was either unaware of the location of the items or she disputed that Reed and Sharon had the right to the property.
"[Kellie] and her counsel have provided conflicting information regarding the location and rightful possession of the items listed and, as set forth hereinabove, have admitted [Kellie] is in possession of several items of property of [Kyle]," the couple stated.
Kyle's family explained that they visited Kellie's home just once "at the express invitation of [Kellie] and her counsel, whom they met to discuss the transfer of items belonging to the estate."
Reed and Sharon noted that they picked personal items kept in the garage of the building as selected by their daughter-in-law and argued that providing a list of the items they took was unnecessary.

The family has one less controversy to worry about concerning their son's death, as toxicology results claimed that no drugs were found in the "Red Intruder" artist's system. Kyle, however, had a "history of pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes."
According to the Cleveland Clinic, Pseudoseizures are reportedly caused by underlying psychological conditions, although physical conditions such as low blood sugar can also trigger the crisis.
