Kroy Biermann Is Reportedly Neck Deep In A $70k Debt

The new job will certainly come in handy for Biermann, who owed his divorce lawyer, Ryan Proctor's firm, over $70,000. The Blast gathered that his attorney claimed he amassed a debt of $79,000 as of October 17, with the most recent invoice being a $18,100 bill.

Proctor clarified that the new invoice came from Biermann consulting him for three hours to help him escape his financial woes. The act resulted in his lawyer billing him for over three hours of work to research bankruptcy options in late August.

Proctor also embarked on another research on Biermann's behalf throughout September, where he determined the pros and cons of bankruptcy. On September 10, the pair discussed a "bankruptcy strategy" over a call.

Biermann Urged His Attorney To Watch His Estranged Wife's Reality Show For Proof Of Slander

Proctor also billed his client for requesting that he watch Zolciak's "Surreal Life" show- an MTV reality TV program earlier this year, where she lived with other celebrities under one roof.

Her possible romance with Tom Hanks' son Chet Hanks may have caught the public's attention, but that was not on Biermann's list of concerns. Proctor noted his client asked him to observe if Zolciak mentioned their divorce or disparaged him as part of evidence in their ongoing divorce.

Biermann and Zolciak got married in 2011 and welcomed four children together. The former athlete also adopted his estranged wife's two daughters from a previous relationship before their marriage took the wrong twist in 2023.

Last month, the estranged couple's 15,694 square-foot Georgia mansion was hit with a five-figure lien. The Manor Community Association filed the lien against the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate over unpaid dues.

The association claimed the estranged couple owed $8,972 in unpaid assessments and late fees. A year before the five-figure lien against their home, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) slammed Biermann and Zolciak with a huge tax lien.

The IRS claimed the embattled duo owed 2013, 2017, and 2018 taxes, amassing $1.1 million in debt. The former couple grappled with accusations of owing $15,000 in unpaid taxes to the state of Georgia.

Zolciak and Biermann also dealt with Truist Bank's attempt to auction off their Georgia mansion and, to that effect, filed a lawsuit to stop the scheduled foreclosure auction.

The reality stars pleaded to oversee the sale of their home by themselves, noting that the proceeds from the sale would help their disastrous financial situation.

The former lovebirds' overwhelming financial constraints did not stop the estranged couple from leveling hefty allegations against each other. The Blast shared that sources close to the couple claimed she accused the former athlete of keeping tabs on her within their home.

Zolciak allegedly backed her claims with image proof of the logistics guru passed out in her closet after spying on her. These incidents reportedly continued with him invading her private space while she was away from home and removing her security system.

According to insiders, Zolciak had installed security cameras to stop Biermann from spying on her, but he took everything out. She stressed that his behavior was him defaulting on the judge's previous order about their living arrangement.

The judge had ordered Zolciak to stay in the basement of their home while Biermann got to keep the primary bedroom. Sources claimed that the former Bravo star was not trying to get rid of her ex but only trying to stop his antics and retrieve her missing belongings.

While Kroy Biermann is working hard to raise some funds, Kim Zolciak was spotted selling fake Christmas trees online.
