Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez's Custody Battle Intensifies As Ex-Employees Are Named Again

The drama surrounding Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's custody war over their son, Maceo, gets nastier with back-and-forth arguments.

The "Catwoman" star recently responded to her ex-husband's demands for private conversations between her and two of her former employees. The women — Erica Simamora and Miryam Haziza — were previously accused of conspiring with Martinez against Berry.

Olivier Martinez recently demanded that Halle Berry reveal if she had cut non-disclosure agreements with the women. However, the Hollywood sensation denied his request while accusing him of using "smoke in mirrors" tactics to avoid answering for his poor conduct.

According to court documents, Berry objected to Martinez's request for her text messages with her former employees. He asked her to produce all her chats with her longtime nanny Haziza from January to date alongside any NDAs.

The same applied to her former employee, Simamora. The woman's name made waves earlier this year when Berry accused her of conspiring with Martinez and Haziza "to make false reports" about her. She reportedly terminated her longtime nanny's contract since discovering that:

"Ms. Haziza was conspiring with [Olivier] and Ms. Simamora without [Halle's] knowledge while in [Halle's] employ and transmitting information from [Olivier] to Ms. Simamora relating to Maceo's therapy."

The documents obtained by In Touch continued, "Notably, Ms. Haziza continues to communicate with [Olivier] and his counsel while refusing to engage in non-formal discussions with [Halle's] counsel regarding the content of her intended testimony at the hearing."

While her former nanny was scheduled to testify per Martinez's request, Berry noted that Simamora's testimony was equally important to the custody case because of the alleged conspiracy. Her claims read:

"Ms. Simamora's testimony (assuming she shows up at the hearing) is relevant because [Olivier] inexplicably persuaded [Erica] (while employed by [Halle]) to contact [Maceo's therapist] with the goal of interfering with Maceo's therapeutic process, which is relevant to legal custody."

As for Martinez's demands for her private chats and possible NDAs, Berry argued that it was irrelevant to their custody battle. Her argument further stated:

"Rather than focus on the requested relief, [Olivier] intends to turn this proceeding into a charade, engage in smoke and mirrors to distract from his own conduct and this court's findings about his conduct."

Berry's legal rep slammed Martinez for causing "[Halle] to continue to incur further unnecessary fees." They claimed he was engaging in "gamesmanship" at her expense and implored the court to dismiss his request for her private chats and NDAs.

The custody drama between Berry and Martinez intensified when the actress moved to strip her ex-husband of his legal custody over their son. At the time, the French actor fired back by calling her motion "draconian" and accusing her of using her wealth to drag him in and out of court.

As for the situation with Berry's ex-employees, she accused Simamora of conspiring with Martinez in August. The Blast reported that she claimed her former partner attempted to "influence Maceo's therapist to view [Halle] as a risk to Maceo."

According to Berry's allegations, Simamora got the therapist's contact information through Haziza per Martinez's request. Then, the employee emailed the counselor, asking for a "confidential conversation" about her experience in the actress's household.

"Olivier lied and went behind my back trying to dig up negative information about me from a former employee and pressuring her to speak to [the therapist] without obtaining my consent, which Olivier later admitted to me," Berry claimed.

"[The therapist] did not agree to speak to Erica because she did not believe that anything Erica had to offer was relevant," Berry continued, adding that Martinez had stopped the therapist from speaking to their son's educational assessor.

Days earlier, The Blast shared that Berry and Martinez were prepared to call key witnesses in their custody battle. The list included the actress's former employees and her partner, Van Hunt.

Berry's boyfriend would reportedly address his communications with Martinez and his "efforts to promote coparenting between the parties, and his observations regarding [Halle's] efforts to co-parent with [Olivier]." She would also grill her ex-husband about her claims.

The list continued with the TV personality questioning Simamora about Martinez's alleged attempts to "interfere with Maceo's therapeutic process and Maceo's relationship with [Halle]." Meanwhile, her ex planned to make Haziza testify about her:

"Observations of Maceo in [Halle's] care and Maceo's interactions with [Halle], as well as her interactions and communications with [Halle] as it relates to the minor child, this [divorce] and custody proceeding."
