Simon Goubadia is not in for Porsha Williams' small talks or shade about his sexual performance.

The reality star's estranged husband has taken legal action in an attempt to curb her alleged incriminating utterances about his sexual organs and health.

Simon Goubadia and Porsha Williams have engaged in slanderous conduct since she filed for divorce earlier this year after 2 years of their elaborate two-part wedding ceremony.

The businessman claimed his estranged wife made "false and defamatory" comments about his privates, inferring that they do not function properly.

Guobadia accused his former partner of presenting these erectile dysfunction slanders on social media as a fact rather than an opinion, which has placed his reputation in a delicate state.

He shared that he has been subjected to public ridicule and suffered severe emotional distress, especially since Williams has a massive following on Instagram.

TMZ reported that Guobadia tagged Williams's allegations "extreme" and "outrageous" and plans to collect big damages over it.

The Bravo Star Took Her Followers On A Shady Awareness Session About Erectile Dysfunction

Williams did do what Goubadia claimed, although no one can say for sure her real motive for choosing such a creative post amid their feud.

In a series of posts on her Instagram story, the star shared facts about erectile dysfunction, describing it as "#menshealthawareness."

While she did not directly tag Goubadia in the content, her ex shared in his lawsuit that they were suspiciously timed amid their bitter divorce.

Guobadia claimed the post had led several gossip outlets to pick up her 'ED' comments as sly allegations about his bedroom ability.

The sizzling romance between the former couple seemed to have tragically burnt out as quickly as it began. When the going was good, PEOPLE reported that the ex-couple decided to take a step towards forever just after 30 days of being boyfriend and girlfriend.

"Yes we are crazy in love," Williams captioned a selfie with Guobadia announcing their engagement and added, "I know it's fast but we are living life each day to its fullest. I choose happiness every morning and every night."

Guobadia backed his boo up on his own post back then, letting his followers know that they decided to face forever head-on "because we checked ALL of each other's boxes, and then some."

The Online Influencer Returned To 'RHOA' After Taking Two Years Off

Williams inked the deal, signaling her return to the franchise this year to feature in its sixteenth season after a two-year hiatus. She also signed an overall scripted deal with NBCUniversal on "scripted project opportunities across the company's broadcast and streaming properties."

The mom-of-one thanked the network for welcoming her into their large family. She added: "I'm looking forward to being back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and showing the world my new world!" Williams first appeared in "RHOA" in its fifth season.

She exited the show in season 13 and appeared alongside her ex-husband Guobadia on the Real Housewives spinoff "Porsha's Family Matters" in 2021. She also featured in the third season of "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip," aired last year.

Inside Porsha Williams' Condition To Return To The Show

Before making her huge announcement this year, a source close to the reality star spilled last year that she wanted a contract upgrade before hopping back on board.

"Bravo has been trying to get Porsha to come back to 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' for the possible cast shakeup, but she's playing hardball. Bravo offered Porsha a lot of money to return, but she declined."

The Blast gathered that the screen diva turned down Bravo's offer because she was gunning for the "highest-paid Housewife on any franchise" title. Although Williams never wrote off the idea of returning, she explained that her decision to leave was due to the long period she had spent on the show.

The actress noted that she was turning 40 and hitting her ten-year mark on the show. All the milestones meant she needed to realign her thoughts and goals, which unfortunately meant she had to take a backseat from the show.

It is safe to say Porsha Williams and Simon Goubadia have become two parallel lines who never seem to agree on anything.
