Sandra Bullock's Ex Jesse James Slammed With Divorce Again By His Wife As Abuse Claims Fly

Jesse James, actress Sandra Bullock's infamous ex-husband, is heading down the divorce route for the third time with his estranged wife, Bonnie Rotten.

The West Coast Choppers founder has been married five times and tied the knot to the former porn actress in June 2022. However, the pair nearly divorced twice that year when Bonnie pulled the plug on their marriage.

Although Bonnie Rotten did not go through with her past filings, she seems to mean business with her third attempt at ending her marriage. Jesse James also appears to be on the same page, responding to his estranged wife's temporary restraining order petition with his own abuse claims.

According to new reports, James filed for a TRO on Wednesday, November 20. He asked the court to keep Bonnie 100 feet from him and their son, Bishop until a child custody hearing could be arranged.

The automotive mechanic stressed that he needed the protective order because of the years-long abuse he endured at his estranged wife's hands. James claimed that a few months before their June 2022 wedding, Bonnie attacked him and tried to break his finger.

He alleged that multiple violent attacks occurred throughout their union, including when Bonnie was pregnant with their son. James claimed she poked a hole in his neck with her thumbnail. She also caused severe injuries by kicking him from behind after a heated argument, per TMZ.

James painted a dire picture of Bonnie's behavior, claiming she not only abused him but their pet cats and dogs. He alleged that she regularly hit the animals, noting it was so frequent that their son had begun mimicking the abusive behavior with the cats.

As for Bonnie's abuse claims in her temporary restraining order filing, James argued that she made the request to destroy his image. He claimed she cast him as the villain to hide the fact that he was the victim of her years-long abuse.

In her TRO, the former adult film actress accused James of physical abuse. She denied kicking him during the heated argument he highlighted in his filing, noting he was accidentally injured after she slammed the door that hit him.

Bonnie claimed James retaliated by punching her in the throat, stressing that such attacks were regular for him. On one occasion, he allegedly slapped her in the face. It was unclear if she shared these abuse stories when she filed for divorce twice in 2022.

In 2022, Bonnie made waves by filing to end her marriage to James after accusing him of cheating. At the time, she announced they were expecting their first child together by sharing a sonogram picture in November.

"Jesse is busy trying to f–k other women while I'm pregnant," Bonnie captioned the post. However, her then-lover denied the allegations in a since-deleted Instagram post, sharing pictures of the couple's happier times.

The Daily Mail reported that he penned a lengthy caption about his innocence, partly writing, "Baby, I didn't cheat on you, I swear!! I'm sorry we got into a fight. I'm sorry I called you a r—d when we were fighting."

Following James' vehement denials, Bonnie revealed she had canceled her divorce petition. "I love Jesse so much and was very hurt by what I saw when I went through his phone," she explained, adding:

"In his defense, and the reason I am back home, is that he didn't say anything inappropriate. He didn't talk about having sex or meeting up with anyone."

"That is why I am here working out the marriage that I believe in," Bonnie claimed. The messages she saw seemed to be James's text to his ex. He admitted texting his former lover "out of spite."

Before his divorce drama, The Blast reported that James was facing a dog attack lawsuit filed by his former employee. Karen Sanchez-Roberts sued him for damages after his dogs attacked her when she tried to break up a fight.

James was meant to sit down for a deposition in the case but refused to be videotaped. Sanchez-Roberts' attorneys stressed that she had agreed not to use video outside the litigation, but the "Monster Garage" alum would not budge.

"There is no principled reason why Defendants would allow Mr. James to sit for deposition without a protective order in place but object solely to its taping," the ex-employee's legal reps argued.
