Vin Diesel's sexual assault drama isn't going away, as his former assistant suspects she might not be his only alleged victim.

Asta Jonasson, who worked for the actor in 2010, demanded that he hand over all the non-disclosure agreements he signed before October 2010. She also asked for a list of everyone who accused him of sexual assault before her case. However, Vin Diesel vehemently dismissed her request as "improper and irrelevant."

The "Fast & Furious" star's legal rep argued that there had been no misconduct or assault allegations against him, nor were his private agreements relevant to his ex-assistant's case.

According to Jonasson's legal filing, she wanted Diesel and his One Race Films production company to identify everyone who had lodged sexual assault allegations against the actor. Her request included complaints of sexual misconduct and NDAs.

Jonasson claimed she needed to know about the deals Diesel signed before October 2010 to identify those who reached settlements with him. She argued that these people could be potential witnesses in her case. The same applied to past employees.

The alleged victim asked Diesel for a list of all the employees and security guards he hired from August to October 2010. However, In Touch reported that the Hollywood veteran refused to hand over any document or information he believed was irrelevant to Jonasson's case.

The 'XXX' Star Slams The Information Request As 'Grossly Overboard'

Diesel responded to Jonasson's filing through his attorney, who stressed that her requests were "grossly overboard" and irrelevant to the case. The legal rep's argument read:

"Defendants have provided separate, verified responses stating that there were no claims of sexual assault against Defendants prior to October 2010."

As for Jonasson's demands for a detailed employee list, the attorney noted, "These are not individuals who are even alleged to have information relevant to the claims or defenses in this action. Plaintiff's purported basis for the disclosure of their identities is non-sequitur."

Diesel's rep doubled down on there being zero sexual assault or misconduct allegations against the actor. "Therefore, there are no related facts, documents, or witnesses," the lawyer stressed.

Inside The Alleged Sexual Assault Incident

The sexual assault drama began in December 2023, with The Blast covering Jonasson’s scathing claims against Diesel. She alleged the incident occurred in 2010 while working as his assistant and woman cover.

Jonasson claimed she was required to stay close to Diesel whenever he was at parties without his longtime partner. As he explained, "it would provide him with cover if he was photographed with another woman."

But this role allegedly took a traumatic turn when she was alone with him in a hotel suite during the filming of "Fast Five." Jonasson accused Diesel of forcing himself on her as she “struggled continually to break free of his grasp while repeatedly saying no."

The Former Employee Feared For Her Safety

The sexual assault lawsuit claimed Diesel "escalated his assault" by groping Jonasson and trying to undress her. "Terrified for her personal safety, Ms. Jonasson screamed and ran towards the nearby bathroom," the document alleged.

It claimed Diesel "pinned her against the wall with his body, and grabbed Ms. Jonasson's hand and placed it on his erect pen-s." The former assistant repeatedly refused his advances, but the actor remained relentless, per the lawsuit.

The assault allegedly ended with Diesel pleasuring himself "while leaning against Ms. Jonasson and keeping her pinned to the wall with the left side of his body." Jonasson sued him for multiple damages, including loss of earnings, as she was fired after the incident.

Diesel's image took another beating following Jonasson's allegations, thanks to a resurfaced interview clip. The Blast shared that fans slammed him for being inappropriate towards the interviewer, YouTube star Carol Moreira.

During the 2017 incident, Diesel could not focus on the interview as he was fixated on Moreira's appearance. He repeatedly called her "beautiful," asked her to lunch, and even crawled on the floor towards her.

The video rubbed X users the wrong way, with someone declaring: "This is f—ing creepy holy sh-t." Another critic chimed: "Yup. That video turned me right off of him. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and predatory."

Vin Diesel has denied all allegations of wrongdoings in his ex-assistant's case, calling her claims "outlandish." But will a judge feel the same way?
