Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal troubles continue to mount as he faces five new lawsuits from alleged victims.
The lawsuits were filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is currently representing over 120 individuals accusing the rapper of various sex and assault-related crimes.
All the victims are seeking damages from Sean "Diddy" Combs, though the exact amount has not yet been disclosed.
Diddy Reportedly Raped Three Male And One Female Victim According To New Lawsuits
According to Page Six, court documents show that three of the victims alleged they were raped by Diddy on separate occasions between 2001 and 2004, while the timeline for a fourth victim remains undisclosed.
One victim claimed the incident occurred during an afterparty at a residence in Miami, which Diddy and several colleagues attended.
As the event progressed, he was given a beverage he later discovered was laced with a substance that caused him to lose consciousness.
When he regained awareness, he alleged that Diddy was attempting to penetrate him anally while speaking inappropriately to him. The victim stated that he was unable to resist due to the effects of the drug.
A second victim, a woman, alleged that she was still a minor at the time she was drugged and raped by Diddy. According to court documents, the assault took place during one of his Fourth of July all-white parties.
Two other men also claimed that they were drugged and raped by the Revolt co-founder. One mentioned that it occurred while working with Diddy for a video role and that the rapper's bodyguard was also part of the assault. Meanwhile, the other mentioned that the rapper raped him at a party at his NYC home.
The Rapper Allegedly Forced Another Female Victim To Give Him Oral Sex
The fifth victim alleged that she met with the rapper at a Halloween party in New York City when she was 18.
Later, during the event, she was led to a black SUV limousine where Diddy was already inside with other members of his security team.
She claimed that inside the vehicle, she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex on the Bad Boy founder while the others watched.
During the alleged assault, Combs reportedly used inappropriate language and sprayed champagne on her.
After performing oral sex on Diddy, the victim alleged that she was then forced to do the same with everyone else in the vehicle at the rapper's command. It was only after this that she was finally allowed to leave the vehicle.
Other Accusers Have Filed Multiple Civil Suits
The latest five suits are part of nearly two dozen that have already been filed by Buzbee, who represents over 120 alleged victims who have accused Diddy of a number of sex-related crimes, including sexual assault, rape, and sexual abuse of minors.
The majority of the suits were filed in October, weeks after Diddy was indicted and arrested on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
While it would take quite some time before the cases progress to a reasonable level, a decision was recently made on October 31 on one of the cases involving a female victim allegedly raped by the rapper.
At the time, a federal judge ruled that the woman, who was 19 years old when the incident was said to have occurred, would have to publicly reveal her identity if she wanted to proceed with the case.
Diddy Was Accused Of Assaulting Multiple Minors
Previously, Buzbee claimed that quite a number of Diddy's victims were minors, including a nine-year-old.
He said they were lured by Diddy's promises to help them kickstart their careers and that they all visited the rapper to audition.
Buzbee also mentioned that his team has "collected pictures, video [and] texts" that will help serve as evidence that the assaults occurred.
In response to the accusations, Diddy has denied them all and feels confident that he can prove his innocence.
"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process," an attorney for the rapper said in a statement in October, per Forbes. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman."
A Celebrity Has Sued The Lawyer Representing Diddy's Accusers For Extortion
As Buzbee files lawsuit after lawsuit for alleged Diddy victims, the lawyer has been hit with his own lawsuit for extortion.
Buzbee, who has said he would go after every celebrity that likely witnessed a crime at a Diddy party, was sued by one of the "high-profile" figures he contacted.
The unidentified person claims in his lawsuit that the lawyer attempted to extort him with false allegations related to supposed sexual assaults at Diddy's parties.
In response, Buzbee stated that he has no intention of backing down and remains committed to seeking justice for his clients.
"We won't allow the powerful and their high-dollar lawyers to intimidate or silence sexual assault survivors," he told TMZ. He also described the lawsuit as "without merit and laughable, adding that it is an "abuse of the legal system."
