Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's troubles with the law continue, with cops rushing to their mansion to settle another dispute.
Despite living together, the estranged couple has been far from amicable. Authorities have visited their home multiple times since their 2023 separation, and they recently came over to stop a heated argument.
Fortunately, sources confirmed the situation did not escalate to a physical altercation, but they did not disclose the 911 caller's identity. One of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's kids once called the cops on them, and so did a disgruntled neighbor.
No Arrests Made In Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann's Latest Fight
Zolciak and Biermann are not only going through a divorce but facing mounting financial problems, including the looming foreclosure of their Georgia mansion. It was unclear which of these issues sparked their latest argument, but it was concerning enough to warrant a 911 call.
Law enforcement sources noted that someone had called cops about an argument in Zolciak and Biermann's home on Monday, November 18, sparking a visit from the men in blue. However, responding officers did not have to use their cuffs.
Insiders noted that cops determined that no crime had been committed after talking to the estranged couple. They discovered the incident was only a tense verbal exchange and not a domestic violence incident. On that note, no arrests were made, nor were charges pressed.
Instead, sources told TMZ that cops restored the peace in Zolciak and Biermann's home by calming them down. They also took an incident report, a document that might be one of many linked to the pair's tumultuous relationship.
The Estranged Couple's Dog Sparked Another Run-In With Authorities
In November 2023, The Blast shared that a displeased neighbor had called the cops on Zolciak and Biermann over one of their dogs. The estranged couple share two canines, Stone and Sinn, but Stone sparked the 911 reports for nearly attacking the neighbor's child.
The aggrieved mother told the dispatch that Stone had tried to tackle her young son in the neighborhood. She stressed that it was not the first time the dog had been off its leash, claiming it chased her kids and "almost attacked" them.
The neighbor also reported the incident on The Manor Golf and Country Club Residents group on Facebook, sharing pictures of Stone and Sinn. Other neighbors identified the dogs as Zolciak and Biermann's pets, noting they had seen them without their leash and proper supervision.
One Of Zolciak And Biermann's Kids Called The Cops On Them
Neighbors weren't the only ones displeased by Zolciak and Biermann's behavior, as one of their kids called the cops. The Blast shared that the incident occurred weeks after the dog report, with the pair engaging in a heated argument.
Their dispute eventually escalated into a full-blown confrontation, prompting one of their children to take immediate action and contact law enforcement. Local authorities responded with three officers and a supervisor visiting the Georgia residence.
Reports claimed the fight was "extremely loud" before authorities de-escalated the situation. Before this, cops responded to Zolciak's pleas for help, where she noted she didn't feel safe at home after Biermann locked her out of their bedroom.
The Pair Slash The Price Of Their Mansion Ahead Of Looming Foreclosure
Days earlier, The Blast noted that Zolciak and Biermann had slashed the selling price of their Georgia mansion to prevent the bank's foreclosure. The expansive 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion with a massive pool was going for $3.65 million.
The new price stemmed from many reductions since the pair initially listed the 15,000-square-foot property for $6 million in October 2023. The recent reduction was part of a last-minute effort to sell the home before it was auctioned off via foreclosure by December 3.
Zolciak and Biermann have been fighting against the bank's foreclosure since 2023, imploring the court to delay the auction and allow them to sell the home themselves. However, finding a buyer has been difficult with their mounting financial problems.
Inside Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann's Financial Woes
Zolciak and Biermann's mansion was hit with a $8,972 lien in October for unpaid assessment and late fees. The lien was filed by their community association, a move that followed the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) massive tax lien.
The IRS accused Zolciak and Biermann of owing taxes for 2013, 2017, and 2018, amassing a massive debt of $1.1 million. The state of Georgia echoed similar sentiments, slamming the pair with a $15,000 bill in unpaid taxes.
Truist Bank topped the list of creditors when the establishment tried to foreclose the duo's mansion in October 2023. Will Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann be able to sell their home before the looming foreclosure date in December?
