Now that she is a proud mom of three, Katherine will most definitely not have a problem leaning on people around her for help and support in raising her little ones.
Last year, The Blast shared her thoughts at the DSW "Best Foot Forward" panel luncheon in March 2023, held in honor of Women's History Month, where she spoke on the importance of asking for help while taking on multiple roles in her life.
The creative was asked about balancing her life as a children's book author and doubling as the host of the Instagram Live series BDA Baby (Before, During, After Baby), all while being a super mom.
Katherine candidly responded by stressing the significance of seeking assistance, stating, "I'm a big believer — I feel like on Instagram we see all these moms that are like, 'I'm doing it all, I'm doing it all, I'm doing it all on my own,' blah-blah and I'm like, 'I don't want to do it all on my own.'"
The new mom emphasized the supportive roles played by her family, her friends, and her parent's friends in her life, noting the importance of being honest and transparent through parenthood.
"So I think being able to be open about the fact that you don't have to do it all, you can lean on people, you can enlist help from others and being okay with that. That, I feel, is such a big struggle for women in general, but I think especially if you're balancing multiple roles, is saying, 'I need help today,' and that's okay," she concluded.

Chris and Katherine have always wanted a large family, and she previously expressed this desire in a 2022 interview where she acknowledged coming from a big family shaped her love for "having a lot of kids around and a big family."
She also reflected on her journey to being a mom in a 2021 essay for her mother. Katherine noted that her entry into motherhood opened her eyes to how "everything in my life had led me right to that baby being put on my chest, and it was perfect."
The author stated that becoming a mother has also strengthened her bond with her mom and provided ample space for a new relationship to blossom. For Chris, he was filled with admiration for his children, describing them as "sweet, polite, kind, joyous little angels" whom he loves.
The movie star disclosed that his daughters took "after their mother, who is incredibly organized," adding: "But even the differences between my two daughters, just goes to show that every child is a little bit different."

Little wonder Chris turned out to be a super cool dad as he may have learned the ropes from the ultimate cool dad, who coincidentally became his father-in-law and his kids’ grandfather.
The Blast shared last year that Chris struck Arnold’s iconic “Pumping Iron” pose in a throwback picture from 1974. The actor wore a blue wrestling gear and flexed his biceps to the side just like the former governor of California while scrunching his face.
He acknowledged the huge impact wrestling had on his life and career, stating, "It pushed me beyond my mental and physical limits, instilling an inner strength that still guides me.:
The 45-year-concluded his post by encouraging younger kids that the rewards of hard work are “extraordinary and fulfilling,” noting: “Today, I embrace physically demanding challenges with the confidence that wrestling gave me - no matter how tough it gets, I can finish.”
Congratulations to Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger on the newest addition to their family!
