She began the South Beach Diet on her own, and claims she immediately saw results.
“South Beach works for me because I’m able to eat often and I don’t ever feel like I’m starving myself. I feel very healthy, I feel good, and in turn I’m losing weight,” she explained.
She also credits the ease of the program for being able to keep on track while on the road with her husband on tour.
Brittany says she keeps containers of the snacks on the tour bus, and that, “I find they go missing a lot and it’s either my husband or friends that pop on the bus and grab a bar here and there, a pack of the cheese balls or whatever else it may be. I feel like I’m constantly replenishing on the road!”
Brittany and Jason married in 2015 and welcomed their first child, Memphis, in 2017.
They welcomed their second child, Navy, back in February.
