Looking Forward To The Upcoming Holiday Season As A Family Of Three

When asked what they are most looking forward to this upcoming holiday season, Allison said, "everything."

"The answer is everything. I think having a child, it just opens your eyes to holidays and time with your family in a new light, in a very exciting light," she told The Blast exclusively. "I think growing up, you have this holiday magic that you're always seeing in the lights and presents and all these fun things. And now having a child, I think we get to experience it, but in a different way, and so I think we're really excited about that."

Isaac added that now that Scottie is about to turn a year old, they are "above water now," so the holidays are big and exciting for them.

The couple is known to work with brands they believe in, so they recently partnered with Finish ahead of the hectic and often messy holiday season.

"I love working with brands that feel really natural to us and our lifestyle. And something we love to do is host, but we also love to eat and with hosting comes a lot of good food, and sometimes that food is messy, it gets burnt on, crusty," Allison said. "So working with Finish is like the perfect partnership because then we get to spend more times with our friends and family and people that are in our house and less time cleaning up."

Isaac added, "Finish is the ultimate co-host in this scenario."

The two are also unveiling a new side dish recipe that's sure to please this holiday season. In fact, Allison calls the recipe, "iconic."

Staying Busy With Social Media And The Podcast

Last year, Allison kicked off her podcast, "Sunday Sports Club." For anyone who hasn't had a chance to listen yet, Allison explained what you can expect, saying it doesn't matter if you know a lot or a little about sports.

"I think that there's pieces in my podcast for everybody," she told The Blast. "And I think that's the beauty of it because certain people think that you can't love sports and not know anything. So I think it's perfect entry level for anybody and things you can expect, hear about rules in and around sports, but also just lifestyle from a different perspective that nobody's ever heard of before."

Allison's social media influencer journey started off with her sharing her lifestyle as an NFL wife and all that goes into that but has evolved as her life has changed.

"I think now I view social media as just a way to express myself and share anything that I feel the need to," Allison said. Isaac jumped in to add, "I mean, it's like social media is a job and any job, a lot of times it ebbs and flows. You have different things that happen throughout your work career."

Finding relevant content can be a struggle at times, especially when you have a strong presence online.

"It is hard. I think as you stack up years doing this, it is very challenging," Isaac said. "I think for us, our inspiration comes from following passions. It's easy to create original content when you're talking about things you're passionate about."

Allison added, "I think for me, it comes with leaving the house." She continued to explain that that's the time she's able to "share relatable aspects of parenthood and sports and different areas of life, being out there in the world."

Thinking about becoming a content creator? Allison and Isaac said the biggest piece of advice they can share is that it "doesn't have to be perfect." Just start, even if it's a little messy in the beginning, and "be okay with the process" and "gradual growth."

Isaac Rochell On Being A Girl Dad And NFL News

Being a girl dad is everything to Isaac, who told The Blast that he wanted a girl because of all the time he's spent in a locker room with all men his entire life.

"I've spent my entire life around men, and I really wanted to just have a girl. I wanted to explore a relationship with a daughter and loving my daughter in a way that I've never had to love anybody before, so it's been awesome," he said. Allison jumped in to say, "You fully embrace the girl dad mentality."

Many NFL fans know that Isaac is currently between teams, which means he gets asked often what's going on.

"If you have an update, let me know," he joked. "TBD. I think right now I'm just focused on being present with Allie and our daughter. When and if the time comes where I get a call and I go somewhere, I'll be excited about doing that."

He also explained that one of the biggest challenges of not being signed is "finding ways to be where you are, be happy where you are, and enjoy the waiting game," which Isaac seems to be doing flawlessly.
