Man Accuses Diddy Of Raping Him When He Was 10 Years Old During A Private Audition

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of raping a ten-year-old male in the summer of 2005 during a private audition.

The claim comes in a new lawsuit filed against the rapper on Monday by the alleged victim, who has chosen to remain anonymous.

It is one of the many rape-related accusations that have sprung up against Sean "Diddy" Combs in the wake of his federal sex crime charges.

In a new lawsuit filed on Monday, Diddy was hit with another rape accusation, this time involving a male minor who was ten years old at the time of the alleged incident.

According to TMZ, the court documents state that Diddy's accuser visited the rapper with the hope that he could help kickstart his music career.

The meetup reportedly occurred at a hotel near Madison Square Garden without the accuser's parents, as Diddy wanted a private meeting with him alone to assess the young boy.

During the meetup, the victim tried to impress Diddy by rapping several songs, and in the end, the rapper allegedly agreed to work with him.

After the audition, Diddy reportedly asked the then-minor how much he wanted to be a star.

The victim, seemingly thinking the rapper wanted to test his commitment, replied that he was ready to "do anything."

According to the documents, it was during this conversation the victim received a soda from one of Diddy's staff members who was also present at the location.

However, upon taking the drink, he felt a "little funny" and soon found himself being forced to perform oral sex on Diddy.

In the suit, it was claimed that the assault didn't stop at the oral sex but also included a rape incident that occurred during a time the victim was passed out.

Diddy's victim claims in the lawsuit that he eventually woke up to find his pants undone and feeling lethargic.

Instantly, he knew something was wrong and cried out for his mom and dad, but the rapper immediately threatened him, warning that telling them about the incident would lead to potential consequences.

The victim reportedly didn't stay silent and told his parents. However, they were also too afraid to press charges, fearing the rapper might follow through on his threats.

In the aftermath of the alleged sexual assault, Diddy's accuser suffered from night terrors. He is now seeking compensation for the trauma he was afflicted with due to the rapper's alleged actions.

Earlier in the month, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing over 120  alleged Diddy victims, revealed a damning claim about the rapper's history with minors.

At the time, he shared that Diddy, over the years, assaulted 25 minors, including a nine-year-old, per Page Six.

He claimed they were lured by Diddy's promises to help them kickstart their careers and that they all visited the rapper to audition.

Buzbee also mentioned that his team has "collected pictures, video [and] texts" that will help serve as evidence that the assaults occurred.

The rapper's bid to place a gag order on federal prosecutors was recently denied by a judge.

Diddy has been in jail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, as he awaits trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

According to Page Six, NY Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Diddy's request but insisted that all parties involved must follow the laws forbidding them from leaking grand jury proceedings that can interfere with a fair trial.

"To be clear, this order isn't based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the Court has made no findings at this juncture relating to defendant's allegations that information related to the case has been leaked," court documents read.

It continued, "The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with a fair trial."
