Dog's big heart is evident in his upcoming new show, "Dog's Most Wanted."

In the first episode, he chooses to let a young man off who seems to be struggling. Instead of turning the man into authorities, Dog smashes his pipe and gives him a pep talk.

The highly-anticipated show is the last project he worked with Beth on before her passing.
