The 41-year-old is standing her ground despite being oceans away by filing a declaration amid their dispute over the sale of the luxurious property she purchased for $2.5 million in 2021.

Located in Franklin, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home was listed for $4.5 million earlier this month, and Christina claims she properly notified Josh before putting it on the market.

Josh had accused the reality TV star of breaching a temporary agreement that allowed him access to the house, but she swiftly fired back while in Modena, Italy, requesting the court dismiss his claims.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Christina argued against the 43-year-old's request to continue living in the home, stating that any contributions he made towards the mortgage during their marriage "has been nominal."

Christina pointed out that she proposed that Josh cooperate with the listing and sale of the mansion but noted that he declined to execute the necessary agreements, instead presenting her with an offer with "inequitable terms."

Josh Hall Accuses Estranged Ex Of Breaching Deal Over Tennessee Mansion Access

In his claims, Josh stated that Christina breached their temporary agreement by denying him entry to the property.

Although the mother-of-three purchased the home before their marriage, Josh argued that he considers it community property due to his contributions to the mortgage during their time together.

In court documents, he expressed that if the mansion were temporarily removed from the market, it would not negatively impact Christina. "She is enjoying our community residence," he stated, asserting that Christina has total control over their marital estate.

He further claimed that she has excluded him from their joint businesses post-separation, significantly affecting his income. Josh also voiced his frustrations, stating:

In the ongoing divorce drama, Josh claimed they agreed that Christina was granted "exclusive use and possession" of the Newport Beach residence, while he retained rights to the Tennessee home.

He also noted that the home was used as a short-term rental. Josh detailed his living situation, explaining that he typically stayed with family when guests occupied the rental property, per The Blast

However, he asserted that he only managed to spend 12 days at the Tennessee home before Christina decided to put it on the market.

"My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our aforementioned stipulation, allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation. I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase," Josh lamented, expressing frustration over the potential financial implications.

This latest turmoil comes almost a week after Christina criticized Josh for supposedly demanding $65,000 in spousal support. The Blast reported that the TV personality argued that such a request is outrageous, especially given the short duration of their marriage. In her words:

"Josh Hall is requesting $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2 year, 9 month marriage, which is outrageous when he is self-supporting."

She asserted that Josh is more than capable of supporting himself, citing his recent financial decisions as evidence. She pointed out that he "just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease" on a Bentley, implying that he clearly does not require financial assistance.
