Another lawsuit against Diddy has claimed that the rapper once tried assaulting a man at a Ciroc party filled with celebrities.

According to Page Six, the man in question had attended the party hoping to link up with the high-profile individuals present to boost his luxury car and jewelry business.

In the filing, Diddy allegedly invited the individual to a private office during the party and suddenly took off his pants to reveal his bulge.

Before the man could react, Diddy was said to have moved "closer" and "grabbed" his "genitals through his pants." The suit also claimed that Diddy squeezed the man's genitals "in a rough and sexual manner" during the incident.

At the moment, the rapper is being held at a detention facility in New York on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

While the charges are enough to land the music mogul in prison for life, federal prosecutors recently hinted that more charges could be added as the matter proceeds.

They include possible charges from Diddy's relationship with at least one other sex worker, a matter currently under review by a grand jury.

More charges could also emerge from the seized terabytes of electronic data during raids on Diddy's home.

In the meantime, the rapper's trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025 if all pre-trial motions are carried out without delay.

Diddy's mother, Janice Smalls Combs, has also come out to defend the music mogul amid a wave of sexual assault allegations.

In a statement via her lawyer, she shared that it was "heartbreaking" to see her son being "judged" for a "narrative created out of lies."

She also described the negative reaction he has received since his arrest as "public lynching," adding that the rapper "deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence."

As for the numerous other allegations against the Bad Boy founder, Janice shared that her son was innocent despite his earlier coy behavior in the case with his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura.
