According to court documents, the 27-year-old appeared in front of a judge via Zoom 14 days after she was arrested on October 11.
The records showed that the presiding judge set the bond at $5,000 and ordered Chelsea to maintain sobriety upon her release. She was also asked not to consume drugs or alcohol nor have any contact with her codefendant in the ongoing case.
Unfortunately, Chelsea has been unable to pay her bond, and a representative of the Oconto County Sheriff confirmed to In Touch that she is still in custody as of today, Monday, October 21.

The first phase of Chelsea's dual arrest began on September 10 when she called The Marinette County Sheriff's office, and the dispatcher picked up background conversations and a female yelling, "Get the hell away from her."
The police then showed up at her home and discovered Chelsea in a drunken state with her pupils dilated. Chelsea then confirmed to the police that she got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend, Jacon Nelund, who was inside the home with her son.
The officer on the scene recalled showing up at Chelsea's house weeks before for a similar incident, adding that she refused to be truthful when asked what happened during the call.
She was arrested, after which the officer discovered a meth pipe with meth residue in her pocket, leading him to conduct a further search.

The police noted in the statement that they discovered her 11-month-old in a room filled with meth pipes, feces, and garbage.
"The inside of the home was disgusting; throughout the house, I saw rotten food, dirty moldy dishes, milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains, and used razor blades on the floor," the officer added.
They also discovered a blue box on the nightstand containing several used hypodermic needles with dried blood in them.
"Under a baby crib, I located a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles. In a clothes pile, I found a straw that had been cut off and burnt," the officer concluded.
Following the discovery, child protective services arrived at the scene and handed over her daughter to Jacob's friends. Chelsea was charged with four counts of felony, maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC on September 17.
Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Was Rearrested Shortly After Her Release
The police later pulled Chelsea over as she drove around town with her friend in the passenger's seat.
The officer at the scene noted that she could not look him in the eye when asked where she was driving. He added that Chelsea then launched the meth pipe towards a river when he pressed her further, but her attempt failed.
Her stunt led the police to search the vehicle, where they discovered three used needles in the center console.
Upon her arrival in police custody, she was ordered to get medically cleared before admission. The medical clearance led to another discovery of Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and Morphine Sulfate Pills in her bra.
