Diddy Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old Girl With Two Celebrities At A VMAs Afterparty He Hosted

Embattled rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs continues to be hit with a barrage of lawsuits while he awaits his 2025 trial in jail.

Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing over 120 Diddy accusers, filed new lawsuits on behalf of six alleged victims, one of whom is said to have been 13 years old when the music mogul allegedly raped her.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been in jail since his arrest after a grand jury indictment and faces federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Buzzbee has filed a new batch of lawsuits against Diddy, filled with more scathing claims from his alleged victims. In one of the new lawsuits, the rapper was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at an MTV VMAs afterparty he hosted.

According to the Mirror, Diddy sexually assaulted the child while two individuals, identified in the legal document as "Celebrity A" and "Celebrity B," watched.

The lawsuit states that the 13-year-old "had a friend drop her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York City so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards [VMAs]."

When the alleged victim arrived at the venue, she saw a huge crowd begin to enter, but she stayed outside because she didn't have a ticket.

However, according to the lawsuit, she was "determined to get into an afterparty," so "she approached several limousine drivers, attempting to talk her way into the VMAs."

One of the limousine drivers the 13-year-old met "claimed to work for Defendant Combs." The person allegedly told the accuser that the rapper "liked younger girls" and that she "fit what Diddy was looking for."

After their exchange, the driver reportedly invited her to an afterparty, telling her to come back by 10 pm.

"Later that evening, [the accuser] excitedly returned to the driver, who drove her alone in a black limousine with [a] black interior," the lawsuit notes.

The lawsuit further states that the accuser was told to sign a non-disclosure agreement and never talk about what happened at the party,

She signed the document but was never given a copy. The alleged victim claimed the party was filled with various celebrities and staff serving drinks.

According to the lawsuit, she "observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. Plaintiff accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter."

After having one drink, the accuser began feeling "woozy and lightheaded." While searching for somewhere to "rest," she reportedly entered what "she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door."

The lawsuit claims that Diddy came into the room shortly after with a male and female celebrity. The rapper is said to have "aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party.'"

Combs allegedly threw the accuser towards the male celebrity, identified as "Celebrity A," who proceeded to "remove Plaintiff's clothes as she grew more and more disoriented."

The girl was then "held down by Celebrity A, who v-ginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched."

"After the male celebrity finished, Combs then v-ginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched," the lawsuit states, per the Mirror. "Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped."

According to the news outlet, the alleged victim grabbed her clothes and started wandering around the venue of the afterparty naked while looking for the exit. She allegedly only dressed up after leaving the property.

The lawsuit states: "Eventually, Plaintiff reached a gas station. A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. The plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up."

It continues, "After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life."

Diddy's have since condemned Tony Buzbee since he announced his cases against the rapper.

In a statement to Page Six, one of Diddy's lawyers slammed the allegations, calling them "reckless" and "defamatory."

"As Mr. Combs' legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus," attorney Erica Wolff told the news outlet.

"That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors," Wolff continued. "He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."
