Kristin Cavallari's ex-husband, Jay Cutler, is walking home a free man following his run-in with law enforcement for DUI and gun possession.
The E! Star has been released from police custody on a $5,000 bond bail after he was taken in for driving under the influence of a heavy substance in Tennessee.
Jay Cutler's arrest came months after he sold the Tennessee home he and Kristin Cavallari shared for $7.9 million during their marriage.

The former NFL star landed in hot water when he was pulled over by the cops for drunk driving and three other offenses on Thursday evening in Franklin City, Tennessee.
His other offenses include failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun, all while driving under the influence.
The reality star was taken into the Williamson County Jail, where his mugshot was taken. The reality star appeared exhausted and unkempt in the mugshot. He looked almost unrecognizable with his fuller hair and overgrown beard.
Cutler posted a $5000 bond and was let off later that evening, according to reports from the police department, per TMZ.
Cutler's Football Career With The NFL Spanned Over A Decade
The athlete had an illustrious record in his 12-year career as a professional footballer in the United States. Cutler played as a quarterback for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and Miami Dolphins.
He began his career with the Broncos in 2006 and retired from the Dolphins in 2017. He had a short time playing for the Bears in between his time at both clubs.
Cutler then tied the knot with Cavallari 4 years before his retirement in 2013. They welcomed three children together in the nearly decade-long marriage, which came to an end in 2022.
Cutler and the fashion enthusiast also owned a reality TV show on E! which revolved around their life as a couple and parents holding it down in Nashville.

The Blast reported that Cutler agreed to sell about $4 million less than the Tennessee mansion's original listing, which was set at $11 million in early 2023.
The expansive estate boasts a 10,697-square-foot home with seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a gym, a sauna, and a pool house on a big 45-acre lot.
The former couple reportedly purchased the property for $4.23 million in 2018 and added 35 more acres for $1.2 million in a bid to expand the size.
The property was used to shoot their E! Reality show "Very Cavallari" several times, and it doubled as his primary residence after the court awarded it to him in the divorce settlement.
Cutler Stayed Off A Possible Media Spat After The Divorce Proceedings
The former NFL player maintained silence in the face of Cavallari's review of their time together after they finalized their divorce. The entrepreneur granted several interviews and constantly stated that she was unhappy in the toxic marriage.
When asked for a reaction, Cutler stated that he had no problems with Cavallari speaking her truth as he has decided to steer clear of media drama for the sake of their three children.
"I also don't understand, It's two and a half years. Why are we having these conversations?" he added on the "Sofia with an F" podcast with Sofia Franklin, where he discussed his life before, during, and after the NFL.
Kristin Cavallari Was Sure Divorce From Jay Cutler Was The Best Option
The fashion designer reportedly followed her instincts on ending her marriage to Cutler. She disclosed this in a Q&A section on her podcast, stating that it was the right decision.
She added that they were on good terms after the settlement, noting: "Oh my god. I'm so happy about it because, you know, everyone wins when parents are on good terms." The author continued that their three kids also witnessed them navigating co-parenting amicably.
"My kids see it, I mean, it's just easier. And listen, I get it. When people's hearts are breaking, it's really difficult. It's really, really difficult, and so, you know, seeing Jay happy is the best," Cavallari explained.
