Taylor Swift Threw An 'Intimate Affair' For Travis Kelce's Birthday

Football star Travis Kelce had a birthday to remember, and none other than Taylor Swift made sure the night was nothing but magical!

The "it" couple may not be making it down the aisle any time soon, but their schedules include plenty of memorable parties! The "Long Story Short" singer made sure her NFL star beau was given a birthday party to remember, along with some of the couple's most-loved friends and family.

The youngest Kelce brother had to work last weekend while his birthday happened, (October 5th), but since the Kansas City Chiefs have a "bye week" and his gal had some time before returning to "Eras Tour" rehearsals, the duo was able to have some serious relaxation.

Serious rumors of a "Tayvis" engagement began running rampant this past week after Troy Aikman referred to the "Champagne Problems" singer as the tight end's "missus."

Aikman's wordplay reportedly caused "whiplash" among fans and lead to an insider to the couple to speak up about the slip.

"It’s not true and the recent erratic and unfounded speculation on this couple is just proving that media and overzealous fans do not know what’s going on with them and shouldn’t make wild assumptions based on zero facts. Two days ago everyone had decided they were broken up, now they’re allegedly secretly engaged? It’s whiplash-inducing," the source told TMZ, as previously reported by The Blast.

Aikman revealed in a podcast interview that he had been "told" the information that the couple could "very likely have been engaged." The ESPN commentator had been speaking on the "Pardon My Take" podcast.

Less than a week after engagement rumors began to swirl, the couple were seen enjoying Kelce's birthday with their families, including Swift's father, Scott, according to Page Six.

Only days before the couple was thought to be walking down the aisle, 'Tayvis' was thought to be headed for splitsville! Kelce and Swift hadn't been seen together publicly in a bit, leading some to think it meant they were d-o-n-e.

While Kelce did not explicitly mention breakup rumors, he surely put them to sleep after letting the public know his girl would be in the stands for the Kansas City Chiefs game against the New Orleans Saints last weekend.

Swift was indeed spotted in the VIP suite for the Kansas City Chiefs!

She was seen hanging with multiple members of the Chiefs crew; the "Mastermind" singer spent the post-game soiree celebrating with her pal, Chariah Gordon, fiancée of the Chiefs' Mecole Hardman Jr. The two party gals celebrated with drinks and lots, and lots of positive spirit: Gordon captured the jubilation on her Instagram stories.

The songstress also found time to hang with her friend Brittany Mahomes, influencer, and wife of Kelce's close friend, Patrick. The two ladies enjoyed their time together and would also hang out at Kelce's birthday party!

The idea of trying anything new for the football titan's birthday was far from this party planner's mind. Swift made sure Kelce and their guests were able to enjoy a favorite restaurant for his big night!

Any hunger in the crowd was quickly put to rest as they dined at Noka, which is a Kansas City-based "hotspot," Page Six reported. Kelce's 35th birthday celebration was a private event, so the party could attend the restaurant on a Sunday as Noka is not open to the public on the final date of the weekend.

Customers can enjoy "miso cod" and "dried aged duck" alongside classic sushi rolls. The publication also reports that Mrs. Mahomes is a fan; she held a birthday bash at Noka, per an anonymous DeuMoi tip.

The "Are You Ready For It?" singer continued to bring the party vibes to the next night's Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium.

Mahomes took a sec to snap a pic with Swift and their friend Lindsay Bell, wife of Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Blake. The singer was seen drinking from a Kansas City cup featuring her man's cup, and she cradled Mahomes' stomach. The next two shots in Mahomes carousel featured a fun switch: Mahomes and Swift are cradling Bell's bump! One factor that remains the same, Swift is still enjoying drinks a-plenty!

One fan even suggested a bit of foreshadowing: "Maybe next year Taylor will have the bump!!!!! You girls are adorable!"

The Swift and Mahomes friendship has made quite a stir during the 2024 election season. Swift has endorsed Kamala Harris and Tim Walz for President in 2024. While Mahomes has not explicitly endorsed any candidate, she has been spotted liking social media posts related to DonaldTrump, supporting the former President.

The former President was quite vocal in his appreciation for the influencer's support, whereas he was less appreciative for Swift's endorsement of the Democratic candidates. He took to Truth Social and posted "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT" in glaring all caps. Mahomes was upset by Trump's attack on her friend and was reportedly "shocked" by his words.

The former "Home Alone 2: Lost In New York" star's vitriol against the pop singer has also caused Mahomes to "question" her support of the Republican Presidential candidate, as The Blast previously reported.

"She is questioning her support for Donald Trump after he lashed out at Taylor, saying he 'hates' her," an insider told The Daily Mail. "This deeply bothered Brittany because Taylor is like a sister to her, and she has done absolutely nothing wrong," they continued.

The duo has been seen hugging in public a number of times, following rumors of a politically charged falling out. The pair's first appearance after rumors began to swirl was at the US Open. Before the outing, the two women sat in two different suites during the Kanas City Chiefs game against the Baltimore Ravens in early September.
