Why Is The Former Zoo Owner Suddenly Speaking Up Behind Bars?

Joe's recent outburst is not far-fetched. The Blast revealed the star disclosed that the FMC Fort Worth premises are currently infested with scabies. The entertainer shared that he and 139 others have been confirmed to have contracted the skin infestation caused by a human itch mite.

He also claimed that medical supplies to curb the spread of the disease are in limited supply as he and about 300 other inmates are currently in quarantine.

Joe blamed the government for neglecting the medical state of the holding center as he stated that an inmate had been infected for more than seven months and was left to continue sharing space with the rest of the prisoners.
