Kody Brown and Robyn Brown have taken a complete 180 on their plan to sell their Arizona property as their legal woes thicken.

The "Sister Wives" couple put a pause on the sale and removed it from the market following Christine Brown's decision to sue the Brown family patriarch over child support and custody of Truely Brown.

Christine Brown made history in 2021 by being the first of the "Sister Wives" to end her spiritual marriage to Kody Brown. She has now moved on with David Woolley, whom she says she feels 'more independent' with.

Barely a month after the estate appeared online at a listing price of $1,650,000, it has disappeared with no records of it being sold.

According to previous listing details, the home sits on a two-acre wooded lot and was built in 2007, perfectly hidden behind "towering pines on a secluded ridge." The property boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms across 4,476 square feet.

According to In Touch, the sale removal may be linked to Christine's ongoing lawsuit, although Kody and Robyn have not publicly given a reason for their impromptu decision.

Christine Brown's Demands In The Lawsuit

In September, The Blast gathered that the reality star asked the court to establish Truely's paternity as Kody's name is currently not on her birth certificate.

She also requested domestic relations injunctions to restrict both parties from harassment, domestic violence, taking the children for nonroutine travel without court permissions, canceling or modifying services, and demeaning or saying terrible things about the other party.

Christine's request also reportedly prevents both of them from engaging in some specific behaviors, financial matters and activities. Since leaving the marriage in 2022, Truely has been living with her mother in Utah, which is very far from Kody's house in Arizona.

Sources close to Christine also noted that she has been very concerned about Kody's growing absence in Truely's life. His unresolved paranoia about COVID-19 and other issues has also contributed to the distance between the father and daughter.

The Reality Star Is Determined To Mend The Relationship Between Kody And Truely

While Christine's decision to take Truely to Utah with her may have left bad blood between her and Kody, the mother-of-six stated that it was from a well-thought-out place.

According to her, relocating to Utah after her split from Kody would keep a healthy relationship between Kody and Truely. She added that despite the physical constraints between the father and daughter, staying away from each other will help salvage and strengthen their bond.

Kody did not share in Christine's sentiments despite having a complicated relationship with most of his other kids, he described Christine's notions as "B.S. rationalization" and "ridiculous."

Despite the cold war between them, Christine, Robyn, and Kody attended a mini-reunion as seen on the Season 19 premiere of the "Sister Wives" show.

The former couple attended the Vegas-themed baby shower of their daughter, Mykelti Padron, who was expecting twins then. Padron's wish for her parents to be present at the event necessitated their attendance, as Christine noted:

"I will do anything for Mykelti, and Mykelti wants Kody and Robyn at her sprinkle. So, of course, they can come to the sprinkle."

She also expressed how nervous she was since that was the first time she had seen Kody and Robyn since she moved out in 2021.

Despite putting up a united front at their daughter's baby sprinkle, the reality star expressed her firm resolve to not pursue any form of cordial relationship with Kody and Robyn.

The TV personality revealed in a confessional that she enjoyed their uneasiness at Padron's baby shower. She added:

"I'm not going to necessarily say hi. That would be disingenuous. That would mean I was going to be friends and friendly, and I'm not. I'm not going to be friendly."

The 52-year-old also noted that their awkwardness at her daughter's baby shower was their cross to bear and not hers in any form. "Seeing Kody and Robyn at the party, I realized all of a sudden that this was more awkward for them. They're outsiders here, not me," she declared.
