Eminem Reveals Daughter Hailie Is Pregnant With First Baby In 'Temporary' Music Video

Eminem has held several titles over the years—a rap icon, a father, and now, he is about to be a grandpa.

The entertainer, born Marshall Bruce Mathers III, announced his daughter's pregnancy with the sweetest gesture — sharing the moment with fans through the music video for his song "Temporary."

This isn't the first time Eminem has featured his daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, in his music, as he frequently pays tributes to her. The touching revelation had fans feeling emotional and loving their favorite rapper's soft side.

The music video for Eminem's single "Temporary" was shared on YouTube on Thursday, October 3, capturing various tender moments between the father and his daughter.

There were several scenes from Scott's childhood and emotional moments from her wedding to Evan McClintock, including a shot of Eminem unable to hold back his tears. While these memories were undoubtedly heartwarming, the best part was the pregnancy reveal.

The "Houdini" hitmaker and his daughter were seated on the stairs of a porch, with Scott handing her dad a blue custom Detroit Lions jersey that had "Grandpa" illustrated on the back. The news didn't kick in until she handed Eminem a sonogram.

The rapper held the picture of the fetus to the camera, too stunned to speak, a moment that had fans applauding his vulnerability. Many couldn't believe Eminem was on his way to becoming a grandfather, while others were left crying.

The love and support for Eminem overflowed the comment section, with one YouTuber writing, "Eminem is such a good father. It's so beautiful to see such a beast of a man be so sweet with his close ones. It's so heartwarming."

While reflecting on the behind-the-scenes details of his proposal, McClintock shared that he started thinking about proposing last summer. "That's when I first started thinking about it, thinking about potential plans to do it. I got the ring the day after Christmas," he confessed.

When Scott asked if he bought the ring online or in person, McClintock noted that he shopped in-store between Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, he did not find the right ring for Eminem's daughter until her sister told him what not to get and pointed him in the right direction.

During his story, McClintock shared that he followed the traditional route of asking the bride's father for permission to marry his daughter. He recalled making his move during a family event, noting he had to talk himself into doing it.

"Over the holidays, I was just looking for an opportunity not to make it too obvious. I saw your dad go downstairs; I'm like, alright, I gotta do it right now," he began, adding:
