Rocker Dave Grohlhas taken another step in his quest to repair his personal life, following reports he has fathered a child outside of his marriage.

The Foo Fighters frontman has begun taking steps to move forward from the incident, which he addressed in a public statement earlier last month.

The 55-year-old rocker wed Jordyn Blum 21 years ago after a three-year marriage to Jennifer Youngblood in the 1990s. The former Nirvana drummer shares three daughters with Blum.

The "Big Me" singer was spotted by photographers while running errands in California earlier today. Grohl opted for a low-key look, but his errand ensemble did not include his wedding ring, per People Magazine.

Wedding rings have been a focus in the Grohl family orbit as of late. Blum, 46, has also reportedly put her wedding ring aside as she and the "Everlong" songwriter work on their marriage, as The Blast previously reported.

A photo taken earlier this summer showed the couple together, with the actress being seen without her ring. The picture, obtained by The New York Post, was taken in August, a month before Grohl's baby news broke.

While the "Storyteller" author works on mending his personal life, sources have attributed recent Foo Fighters-related cancellations being attributed to "personal" events within the band's circle.

Foo Fighters were scheduled to appear at the Soundside Music Festival but axed their performance due to personal needs.

As The Blast previously reported, insiders attributed the band's sudden cancellation to the need for "time to be with their families and focus on regrouping," per an interview with The Sun.

"It's been a turbulent few years, with the loss of their best friend, drummer Taylor Hawkins, the death of Dave's mum and now the birth of his new child," the insider explained. "He wants to be at home and focus on earning back the trust of his family. Being on the road isn't the best thing for any of them at the moment. It feels like a hiatus is the best thing for them collectively."

Foo Fighters went on tour with Chrissie Hynde and Pretenders earlier this year.
