Brad Pitt is ready to take his relationship with Ines De Ramon to the next level as parents.
Sources recently claimed the Hollywood veteran and his stunning lover are trying to cement their romance with a baby. This news offers Pitt the opportunity to have the father-child bond he couldn't enjoy with his six children.
Brad Pitt has experienced a years-long estrangement with the kids he shares with Angelina Jolie amid their tumultuous divorce. However, the pain from this challenging period of his life has reportedly not stopped him from wanting more children.
Brad Pitt And Ines De Ramon Are Prioritizing A Baby Over Marriage
According to new reports, an insider claims that Pitt and Ramon are not rushing to walk down the aisle as they prioritize having a baby first. They note the "Bullet Train" star's "full focus outside of work" is having a child with his girlfriend.
"The sooner, the better," the source says, adding that the pair's recent trip to Europe allowed them to spend quality time together. The informant claims things are going well in the baby-making department, sharing:
"They're keeping their fingers and toes crossed that they'll have good news to share very soon."
The insider shares that Pitt is open to other methods if a natural conception doesn't work. "[He] has said IVF is an option. Brad has no qualms about becoming a dad again so late in life," they told In Touch, adding:
"For one thing, his health is in great shape, and he's got just as much energy as he's ever had. He really does feel decades younger than his age."
The 'Wolfs' Actor's Longtime Pal Influenced His Decision
The source claims Pitt's desire to be a father at 60 stems from his relationship with Hollywood veteran George Clooney. His longtime pal was 56 when he welcomed his children with his wife, Amal Clooney.
"All the time he's been spending with George has allayed any fears he might have about being an 'old' dad," the insider reveals, noting that Pitt's strained relationship with his six children is another reason to have kids with Ramon.
"There's no denying that his relationship with his kids is totally fractured, and his heart is broken over it. He's not expecting a new baby to fix everything, but it will certainly bring him new joy, and he desperately needs that right now," the informant claims.
Pitt Wants More Than One Baby
Despite aiming to have a child at 60, a separate source claims that Pitt isn't stopping at just one baby. "The fact is, Brad wants two, maybe even three, kids with Ines, and he would do adoption again in a heartbeat if that's something she wanted too," they share.
"He also thinks surrogacy is a great option, especially if it gives them the chance of having twins. He really is a wonderful father, and that's why it's so sad that things have disintegrated so badly with his kids," the insider continues, adding:
"He has no doubt Ines will make a wonderful mom. The plan is to have at least one baby very soon and then work quickly to have at least one, or even two, right after that."
Inside The Hollywood Veteran's Strained Relationship With His Kids
Pitt welcomed six children with his "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" co-star, three biological and three adopted. However, his relationship with them has been strained in recent years, with some publicly expressing their grievances.
In May, the actor's daughter Shiloh turned 18, and her first move as an adult was to legally file for the removal of "Pitt" from her last name. A judge granted the name change in August, officially making her "Shiloh Jolie."
Although her younger sister, Vivienne, is not an adult at 16, she refuses to use her father's last name and goes by "Jolie."The change was revealed when she was credited by her mother's last name in a Playbill for Broadway's "The Outsiders."
Pitt's adopted daughter Zahara also referred to herself as "Zahara Marley Jolie" at a sorority event in 2023. Given the rocky dynamic between the actor and his kids, having more children to connect with seemed plausible.
Ines De Ramon Is Keeping Her Relationship With Brad Pitt Lowkey
As recently reported by The Blast, Ramon refused to let details about her romance with Pitt spread outside what the media covered in public. She allegedly warned "all her pals to never ever leak any information of any sort about her or them."
The same rule applies to Ramon's family and work associates as she enforces their silence by making them sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). A source claimed she did so to gain Pitt's trust.
"She is playing it very safe because she loves Brad and wants him to trust her as she hopes to marry him one day," the insider alleged. The claims came weeks after the couple's red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival earlier this month.
