Jana Kramer is breaking her silence after filing for divorce from her husband, Mike Caussin, and claiming adultery is one of the reasons for the split.

The 'One Tree Hill' star took to Instagram to share a lengthy quote, which appears to be tied to the current situation and breakdown of her marriage, about a person who is hurt and looking to heal.

In the statement, the message is simple...you can break someone but they will grow back stronger. And, this time they will be in it for themselves and not someone else!

"You will break her, but she will grow back stronger. You will dim her light, but she will shine more brightly in the dark," Jana began.

She continued, "You will lower her expectations, but she will raise her standards. You will cause her to hate, but she will find relief, release, and beauty in the breakdown."

Adding, "You will make her question her sanity, but she will learn to trust her own intuition better than before. You will crush her ideas of love, but she will never settle again."

"You will burn her world to the ground, but she will pour her heart into becoming the best person she can be—and this time, it won't be for you; it will be for her, ❤️" the statement ended.

As we reported, Kramer announced she was splitting from Caussin on Instagram after six years of marriage.

A few days later, she filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tennessee, and cited, "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences, and adultery." In the documents, it reads, "Wife charges that Husband has been guilty of inappropriate marital conduct... which renders further cohabitation improper and that Husband has been guilty of Adultery ... during the course of the marriage with more than one individual."

So far, Mike Caussin has not commented on the split.
