Amber Heard Muscles Up With Impressive 'Aquaman 2' Workout

Amber Heard is dangling from suspended hoops in a skimpy sports bra to show she's ready for "Aquaman 2." The 34-year-old actress, sparking rumors she was set to be axed from the 2022 movie, today showed the digital space she's training for her Mera role like a pro, and it was quite the update as Amber dripped sweat from the gym. Posting on Sunday, the ex to "Pirates of the Carribean" actor Johnny Depp showed off rock-hard muscles and dedication. She even shared her music. Check it out below.

Talk over Amber being removed from the DC Universe has largely come hand-in-hand with her rocky divorce from Depp, one last year seeing the star involved in Depp's libel lawsuit against The Sun. A petition to remove Amber from "Aquaman 2" made November 2020 headlines for nearing 2 million, but it doesn't look like the Texan is gone.

Amber's Instagram photo today showed her in tight black leggings, a matching Nike sports bra, plus sneakers as she worked her core.

Resting her feet against a bench and using both hands to hold down suspension hoops, Amber was photographed looking right ahead as she trained already-toned shoulders and arms, with a caption telling fans:

"Alexa, play “P-ssy Talk” by City Girls ?‍♀️?? #workoutsongs #aquaman2."

Over 37,000 likes were left in under 30 minutes, but no comments. Heard has heavily limited replies to her Instagram, this in the wake of getting trashed by her own followers last year after a leaked audio release saw her admitting to "hitting" Depp with "pots and pans."

Amber made headlines last fall for saying she's pumped to reprise her "Aquaman" role.

"I'm super excited about the amount of fan love and the amount of fan appreciation that 'Aquaman' has acquired and that it has garnered so much excitement for Aquaman and Mera that it means we'll be coming back."

Heard is even getting a Kindle for the role, recently teasing: "Before Aquaman took the last pages out of this book ?‍♀️ #gettingakindleforaquaman2 @prideofgypsies @aquamanmovie." See more photos after the gym shot.

Amber continues to front media outlets for her messy and very public divorce from "The Rum Diaries" co-star Johnny Depp. Amber recently took a major dig at her ex by posting a photo of her bruised face four years ago, one she claims was a result of violence from the actor. She shared a same-dress look four years apart, one showing her arriving at London's High Court last summer, taking to her caption and writing:
