'RHOC' Shannon Beador Name Dropped In Ex-Husband's Text Rant To Present Wife

Shannon Beador's ties to her ex-husband, David Beador, were finalized in 2019; however, it seems she's still a part of his life.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star recently made headlines amid her ex-husband's restraining order drama with his present wife, Lesley Beador. The latter accused David of verbal harassment, with text records to prove it.

The couple's alleged text exchange showed concerning behavior on David Beador's part, including his favor for Shannon Beador over his current spouse.

As part of her restraining order petition, Lesley submitted the shocking text messages that detailed her husband's alleged erratic behavior. During an argument in June, David name-dropped Shannon, telling his wife, "Shannon is a saint compared to your evil."

Lesley replied, "Wow, coming from you, that's wild. I have only seen people act like you in documentaries or horror films. Be well! Please work and stop contacting me."

David continued bashing his wife, claiming, "I'll never experience such a manipulative liar and user in my life like you either." He described Lesley as an "evil, evil, evil woman" and noted she would "rot in hell."

"Your evil doesn't work, Lesley. You're gonna teach Anna to be evil like you? To treat men with such disrespect? She will be sadly lonely, just like you," David's texts obtained by In Touch read.

The text messages continued with more insults, with David claiming Lesley was trying to turn their daughter against him. "You hated your father, and you want Anna to hate hers. Your evilness," he wrote.

"Hope you're happy now you got your feeling out, you f–king psychopath," he continued. In an email dated June 26, David accused Lesley of stealing, asking, "What did you steal from me today, you f–king thief??? What will I discover tomorrow?????"

This was not the first time David had allegedly accused his wife of stealing, with the messages in Lesley's filing showing he had a problem with her ex, Eriks. He accused his wife of cheating and stealing from him to support her baby daddy.

Lesley filed for a temporary restraining order against David following an incident with her ex on September 9. She noted that Eriks came to pick up their two kids at her husband's home, but David got mad.

She claimed he stormed outside and started screaming at Eriks while he waited for their kids in his car. "All the children were present and witnessed [David's] behavior toward Eriks. It was very scary," Lesley recalled.

"I recorded this whole incident and will provide the videos to the court. All my children are terrified by David's behavior," Lesley continued, alleging that her husband sent her "about 59 harassing texts."

"Telling me I was 'having sex with him, 'I should go have sex with him,' and was accusing me of all kinds of things that could never be possible," Lesley noted about the texts, adding, "[David] truly needs help. He gets in an obsessive mania state."

Days earlier, The Blast reported that Lesley had asked the court for physical protection and financial safety. She requested that David continue to cover childcare costs plus the mortgage and utilities bills for their Newport Beach home.

Additionally, Lesley asked David to fund her cell phone bills and the lease on her Mercedes Benz. She noted that her credit cards needed to be reactivated after her husband allegedly cut them off.

She stressed the need for financial security, citing her lack of employment income and David's control over their finances as critical reasons for these demands. The court granted Lesley a temporary restraining order, but a permanent order hearing was scheduled for October.

Following Lesley's restraining order petition, David fired back with claims of her retaliating against him for financial reasons. He claimed his wife cooked up the verbal abuse story because he limited her spending.

According to David, the pair's marital woes began in late 2022, leading him to file for divorce three times — but the cases were dismissed. He stressed that Lesley habitually called him abusive whenever they disagreed or he asserted his opinions.

David claimed the incident with Lesley and her ex, Eriks, was a calculated plan to provoke and entrap him. He doubled down on his wife's abuse claims as "pure extortion" and insisted she was spinning stories to sustain her lifestyle.
