According to Dewan, Tatum and his team have allegedly been creating a chain of LLCs and "holding companies" to conceal cash flow from the Magic Mike empire. This revelation led Dewan to demand a quick audit.

The audit would cover all the various brand deals that Tatum and his business partners engaged in during the period of their marriage. "Magic Mike" is a 2012 cinema hit in which Channing starred as the lead and a male stripper.

The huge project produced two more sequels, a live show in Vegas, a reality show, and multiple licensing deals. According to Dewan:

"The Magic Mike intellectual property and derivative assets which were created during the marriage have since proliferated into a franchise of extremely lucrative live shows and other business activities."

She accused the 44-year-old and his partners of engaging in various self-dealing transactions designed to hide "Magic Mike" intellectual property and derivative asset income as performance and consulting fees.

According to In Touch, Dewan also claimed that Channing and his partner engaged in contributions from 3rd parties to hide the truth from her.

The actress stated in the filing that she plans to present solid evidence to the court during trial to prove that the "Magic Mike" intellectual property that was created during their marriage is community in character and "since has grown into a multi-million cultural phenomenon."

Dewan's grouse with Tatum did not end there. She accused the actor of failing to come plain about the business opportunities available from "Magic Mike" after they parted ways romantically.

Tatum also allegedly pocketed "Magic Mike" income exclusively by collecting 100 percent of the post-separation profits from the franchise.

Dewan claimed she "has been systematically excluded from business activities associated with her 50 percent stake" in the intellectual property.

In light of the above complaint, Dewan declared her intention to seek an order that will compel Channing to "immediately assign and transfer 50%" of all rights, title, and interest "he possessed and or/held in and to the "Magic Mike" Enterprise entities at the date of separation of the parties" to her.

However, the 44-year-old disputed all of Dewan's claims in the filing, reiterating that she was fully aware of all business deals carried out during the marriage.

Tatum disclosed to the court he had made significant efforts behind the scenes to "settle all issues in this matter without litigation."

"I have made countless settlement proposals, attended multiple mediations, my attorneys have prepared numerous drafts of proposed judgments, and I have tried to resolve issues with [Jenna]," claimed the actor.

He noted that they have resolved some issues so far, but the most significant one still remains the financial aspects because Dewan "continues to delay resolution and provides one reason after another for why this case cannot settle."

The process will reportedly take two hours and will contain questions about Tatum's earnings and the franchise's financial details. Dewan will also depose a Warner Bros. rep and some of Tatum's producing partners to cushion her case.

Kazee and Dewan welcomed their first child the same year and expanded their family with a daughter, Rhiannon Lee Kathryn Kazee. Tatum's planned encounter with Kazee will be the second time Kazee will contribute to the case.

He previously took a deposition on March 15, during which he answered questions about his romantic relationship with the actress.
