After staying silent for months, shortly after the heated Donald Trump-Kamala Harris debate, Taylor Swift finally spoke out, revealing who she's casting her vote for in the upcoming election.
The pop star, who has previously endorsed Joe Biden, announced her endorsement for Kamala Harris weeks after her fan base held a virtual rally titled "Swifties For Kamala."
Taylor Swift isn’t the only superstar showing love for Kamala Harris after Tuesday night’s debate, as WNBA star Caitlin Clark seemingly indicated that she’s backing Kamala Harris too.

The WNBA star just "liked" Taylor Swift’s post backing Kamala Harris, leaving fans assuming that she’s also on the Team Kamala train for the November election.
Up until now, the 22-year-old hadn’t indicated her political stance, but Clark’s boyfriend, Luke McCaffery, has already shown his support for Harris when he shared one of Harris's campaign videos on his Instagram Stories.
Other big names who have "liked" Taylor Swift's post include Kylie Kelce, Jason Kelce's wife, Lady Gaga, and Chrissy Teigen.
The post has over 8M likes in less than 12 hours.
Taylor Swift Breaks Silence Regarding Her Political Stance
After much speculation, the "Love Story" singer has finally revealed who she is voting for in this Presidential election.
"Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight," Taylor said. "If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most."
"As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country," she added before announcing her endorsement for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. "I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make."
Who Else Has 'Liked' Taylor Swift's Endorsement Post?
In addition to Caitlin Clark, Lady Gaga, and Chrissy Teigen, many other celebs double-tapped on Taylor's post, including Josh Gad, Channing Tatum, Sabrina Carpenter, Mariska Hargitay, Jennifer Aniston, Selena Gomez, and more.
"I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election," Taylor announced. "I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos."
"I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades," the pop star added.
Jamie Lee Curtis has also reshared the post to her own Instagram profile.
Celebrities Who Have Endorsed Kamala Harris
George Clooney was one of the first to endorse Kamala Harris, sharing, "“President Biden has shown what true leadership is. He’s saving democracy once again. We’re all so excited to do whatever we can to support Vice President Harris in her historic quest.”
Nick Offerman also announced his support for Kamala Harris, even singing a parody of "God Bless The U.S.A."
"I'm powerfully grateful to vote for Presidential candidate Kamala Harris, who didn't just prosecute rapists, but also is not one herself," Offerman said via Zoom at the event. "So, please count me in on that team."
"I've written a song for the evening from the point of view of one of these Republicans that might have once been blind, but now can see a way clear to decency," he added before breaking out his guitar and singing a song to the tune of "God Bless The USA."
Jane Fonda Supports Kamala Harris
Furthermore, Jane Fonda announced she would be voting for Kamala Harris as well. “I don’t recall anything like this where all of a sudden, it became exciting and hopeful and a total turnaround. And I know we all feel the excitement, but don’t you also feel the vast potential for the future that has opened up?”
"It’s not just because the orange man is terrible, it’s because Kamala is the leader we need right now. She’s fierce, she’s smart, she’s experienced and she can beat him," she added.
