Musician Dave Grohl just announced that he has become the father of a new baby that was born earlier this year.
The 55-year-old Foo Fighters frontman has been married to Jordyn Blum since 2003. He was previously married to Jennifer Youngblood from 1994-1997.
In addition to his latest daughter, Grohl is also a father to Violet Maye, Harper Willow, and Ophelia Saint, whom he welcomed in 2006, 2009, and 2014, respectively.

On Tuesday, September 10, the “My Hero” singer announced on Instagram that he had welcomed a daughter into his life; however, he subsequently revealed that his wife did not father that child.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside my marriage,” he wrote. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”
“I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness,” he continued. “We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”
Grohl Met His Current Wife In 2001
The guitarist initially met Jordyn Blum, a former model, in 2001, at the Sunset Marquis Whiskey Bar. In a 2007 interview with Elle, Grohl admitted that he stopped calling her after their first few days.
“When I first met my wife, we went out on a few dates and I decided that I wasn’t ready for a serious relationship, so I just stopped calling,” he explained. However, it wasn't long before he was drawn back to her.
“After three months, I had a revelation and called her back," he recalled. "She picked up the phone and said, ‘Oh, I never thought I’d hear from you again.'” he recalled.
Dave Grohl Doesn't Like To Spend Time Away From His Kids On Tour
Although the Foo Fighters have performed all over the world, the former Nirvana singer admitted that he doesn't like to spend time away from his children while he is on tour.
In 2009, he told TIME magazine that he "used to tour nine months out of the year." He went on to say, "Now I don’t like being away from my kids for more than 12 days."
“It’s changed everything that I do," he explained. "When you have kids, you see life through different eyes. You feel love more deeply and are maybe a little more compassionate. It’s inevitable that that would make its way into your songwriting.”
Dave Grohl Might Be In A Feud With Taylor Swift
Earlier this summer, Dave Grohl made headlines due to his apparent “Bad Blood” with pop star Taylor Swift. During a June show at London Stadium, Grohl seemed to imply that the “Love Story” singer, who was playing at Wembley Stadium on the other side of the city, did not play live.
The musician mentioned The Eras Tour during his performance, saying, “I tell you, man, you don’t want to suffer the wrath of Taylor Swift,” seemingly referring to her defensive fans, known as “Swifties.”
He went on to say, “We like to call our tour the ‘Errors Tour.’ We’ve had more than a few eras, and more than a few f**king errors as well. Just a couple.” He then added, “That’s because we actually play live.”

While on stage at Wembley Stadium, Taylor Swift appeared to respond to Dave Grohl’s comments by thanking her band and her crew for helping her pull off her live show, which runs over three hours each night.
“Every one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band — who’s gonna be playing live for you for three and a half hours tonight — they deserve this so much,” Swift said on stage at the time.
“And so does every one of my fellow performers,” she added. “And you just gave that to us so generously. We will never forget it.”
Swift's London shows were memorable for a few different reasons. During her "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart" outfit change, Swift brought her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, out on stage with her. She also shared a selfie with British royal Prince William and his two children: Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
