"Getting arrested wasn't easy... As a matter of fact, it was very traumatic... One would ask why does this Judge Kevin M. Farmer and my ex Samantha Lawyer, Adam Glickman, HATE ME SO MUCH?"
In the post's caption, Tyrese doubled down on the judge and Samantha's attorney gunning for his downfall. He stressed that he had tried to remove Farmer from the bench twice while Glickman allegedly "lied and gaslighted and manipulated everything about his presentation."

According to Tyrese, Farmer and Glickman's "biggest nightmare" was his appeal, which he urged fans to read before he was forced to delete the Google Drive file from his page. He argued that he would not be pushed around, declaring:
"I pride myself and [sic] doing everything according to the law, but I am not on any level to be abused by the law!"
Tyrese slammed the judge for allegedly using the $10,690 child support payment plan for his older child in California in his Georgia case against Samantha. He claimed Farmer's actions were unethical, noting:
"This is not ONLY illegal, but it's beyond the scope of the law and beyond the scope of anything that any lawyer here in Georgia has ever seen or witnessed."

Tyrese's rant continued with more claims of unfairness, arguing that the judge was biased against him. "He personally hates my guts, and that in itself is prejudice," he claimed, adding:
"He has said things on record and comments in court that make it obvious that he does not personally like me, which is illegal in itself… My ex's lawyer can HATE me all he wants; it's allowed... But Judge Kevin M Farmer? That's NOT allowed…"
Tyrese also implied Farmer and Glickman were in cahoots, writing: "I'm very sure that there is collusion and that the judge and Adam Glickman are besties. They allegedly are texting each other constantly, and they've been plotting and scheming and working in conjunction with each other."

The comment section of Tyrese's post was divided, with some supporting his narrative while others claimed he reaped the consequences of his actions. One individual penned:
"I just think your ex-wife never loved you. It was only a transaction for her. She knew you loved hard and used that against you. But God got you; you will be fine."
"You went to jail because you didn't pay the child support. Why were you shocked, Tyrese? You know you wasn't paying it. What did you expect to happen?" a critic wondered.
A third reminded Tyrese he was meant to keep the drama private, writing, "So you weren't supposed to talk, and you're still talking? Be smart, my guy."
Inside Tyrese Gibson's Arrest
As reported byThe Blast, Tyrese was taken into custody on Monday, September 9, for repeatedly refusing to pay Samantha $10k a month in child support fees. Judge Farmer held him in contempt of court, leading to his arrest.
The actor, who shares 5-year-old daughter Soraya with Samantha, reportedly paid his ex-wife $2,200 monthly, even after Judge Farmer increased it to $10,690 in 2022. At the time, the legal umpire declared:
"This is not a punishment for you. Put that money where it belongs... in the child!"
Tyrese was ordered to settle his outstanding child support payments to Samantha in the sum of $73,000. The bill not only ensured he avoided jail time but also included $7,500 for his ex-wife's attorney fees.
Given Tyrese Gibson's plans to appeal the judge's order, will he risk jail time instead of paying the $73,000?
