Kim Kardashian is breaking her silence on Kanye West's response to her divorce filing and is keeping it family-focused by sharing multiple photos of her children and family members.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star took to Instagram and shared several sets of pictures including heartwarming shots of each of her children posing together. In the most recent post, earlier today, Kardashian wished her niece -- True Thompson -- a happy birthday.

In the pictures, Kanye is obviously missing from any of the family shots, just hours after he responded legally to the divorce, and asked for joint custody of the children.

"Happy 3rd birthday my sweet True! You are such a light in our family and we all love you so much! Always the most polite giving everyone hugs and kisses! I couldn’t ask for a better bestie for Chi Chi!" Kim wrote on IG.

The birthday pictures came on the heels of multiple posts where Kim K. shared images of her four children -- singling each of them out for their own set of photos. In the past few days, Kim has been sharing private family photos of the kids and appears to be focused on making the transition easier for them.

Today, Kardashian shared a series of photos showing her niece with her kids, daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, 22 months.

As we reported, the heartwarming family photos come during the same week, ex-husband Kanye West, responded to Kim's divorce filing where he is asking for joint custody of the couple's children.

In the filing, Kanye agreed with Kim K. and is unable to pinpoint the exact day the couple's split -- which sounds like it may have been a long time coming.

In Kanye's legal filing, the rapper seems to acknowledge the couple's iron-clad prenup by asking the court to terminate its ability to award either party spousal or child support.

The good news, according to reports, both of them are billionaires and should have no issues with money going forward. You would think, the settlement in the divorce should be fairly straightforward as well.

As we reported, Kim filed for divorce earlier this year, after almost 7 years of marriage.
