Miley Cyrus Forgets Clothing Item On Treadmill Run

Miley Cyrus is "back" on her "bullsh-t" and busting out impressive treadmill action with one clothing item missing. The 28-year-old singing superstar today updated her Instagram revealing her pre-concert workout routine, with the light-hearted video seeing the "Midnight Sky" singer burning calories, getting her heart-rate up, and managing to do it just fine without the one apparel item most people need to run. Miley was all smiles and the lady in red from her home gym – check out the action below.

Scroll for the video. Miley, who wore slouchy red sweatpants and a matching TRUE PUNK tank, was all rocker vibes with her edgy tattoos, with the video clearly focusing on the lack of shoes. Miley mentioned her "sockies" that she wanted noticed, with the former "Hannah Montana" star also replicating her sweat session before her Super Bowl LV appearance earlier this year, something that fans saw.

Adjusting the treadmill's incline as she ran in white socks, Miley wrote. "Don’t GET ready. STAY ready! ???☠️?♠️???? #ShoesOptional #StyleMandatory."

The video, clocking over 700,000 views in an hour, also snagged Cyrus some celebrity attention. Model Miranda Kerr called her "so awesome," with the comments section agreeing. "Icon," one fan wrote.

Miley, known for her rock-hard abs and challenging yoga sessions, added, it was "my party, I'll do what I want!" Following Miranda Kerr's comment, a like quickly came in from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna. Miley today also posted photos of herself boarding a private jet. Miley is fresh from celebrating 15 years since the Disney channel first aired "Hannah Montana," and she's revealed the series left her with an "identity crisis."

"I had gone from being a character almost as often as I was myself. And actually, the concept of the show is that when you're this character, when you have this alter ego, you're valuable.
