Hugh Jackman still looks jacked, man!
The iconic actor shared a series of shirtless ocean selfies on Thursday, April 1. He waded in the deep blue water and flashed his million-dollar smile at his water-resistant camera. Jackman is enjoying a wet and wild vacation that included palm trees, boat trips, electric surfboards, and lots of sunscreen. The top of his chiseled chest was barely visible above the waterline, but it was easy to tell that the dad bod is looking good. He was even kind enough to caption his pics with a cheesy dad joke!
The fair-skinned actor revealed that he took his sun skincare routine to the max. “I’ve been double dipped in SPF 100,” the funny star joked. His joke really made a splash in his fan pool and even earned a quick “like” from his good pal Ryan Reynolds.
Several fans joked about his impressive physique in the comments section. “Who is Poseidon?” one funny follower wrote, while another said, “Here we see a rare photo of a Jackman in the water, what a majestic creature in the water.”
The “Greatest Showman” actor showed off his surfing skills a day earlier, but he admitted that he cut the best part of the video out. Hugh tried his hand (or feet rather) on an electric surfboard. The board has a high-powered battery-operated engine, and Jackman looked like a natural before ate it. Unfortunately, he didn’t share that part of the experience. “Video edited to right before I wiped out,” he captioned the cool clips (seen below).
He seemed really to be on a lengthy vacation, which seemed to have started over a week ago. He shared a stunning shot of the scenery and wrote, “Ahhhhhhhhhh (repeat).”
Right before his tropical trip, Hugh celebrated National Puppy Day by sharing his first moment with his cute pooch, Allegra. “In honor of #nationalpuppyday, I feel it only right to revisit the first day #Allegra joined our family,” he wrote on March 23.
The adorable picture earned a wisecrack from his reliable friend, Ryan Reynolds, again. “Hang in there Allegra,” he teased. For the record, we think that Allegra is in good hands!
