Nicki Minaj's legal drama days are far from over, with a former Barbz gunning for her in court.

The "Big Foot" rapper recently found herself embroiled in a new lawsuit filed by a pissed-off plaintiff named Tameer Peak. He slammed her for slander, among other crimes, and wants a seven-figure sum in compensation.

Nicki Minaj is no stranger to lawsuits and faced accusations of jewelry damage in 2023. She was also arrested this year for drug possession — an alleged crime that forced her to cancel her concerts.

According to new reports, Peak filed his grievances against Nicki in L.A. Superior Court. He described himself as one of her most prominent followers for the past 15 years, claiming he positively impacted her career by promoting her 2023 album, "Pink Friday 2."

However, his status as Nicki's biggest fan allegedly soured in 2017 due to her "Nicki hate train" phase. Peak claimed he, among other Barbz, was targeted for being paid moles sent to sabotage the rapper.

According to the lawsuit, Nicki believed Peak was a troll and set out to destroy him. She allegedly invited him to her hotel on one occasion to film and embarrass him in front of 100,000 viewers on Instagram Live.

Peak noted the ridicule didn't end there, with Nicki's husband, Kenneth Petty, teaming up to harass him. The documents obtained by TMZ claimed the rapper's beau battered the plaintiff during a Super Bowl weekend event in 2020.

The aggrieved fan's complaints continued with cries of the rapper ruining his reputation. He claimed he received messages from others telling him that Nicki wanted him to "stop saying dumb sh-t."

Peak noted his image with her fans was ruined by the constant harassment, stressing that she repeatedly insulted him on X. The alleged harassment occurred during multiple Stationhead sessions, where Nicki would interact live with fans.

He detailed a session in his filing, accusing Nicki of describing him as mentally unstable or intellectually deficient by allegedly writing: "It's clear they're not necessarily, you know, a full basket umm at the picnic."

In another session, Peak claimed Nicki said he was "one sandwich short of a picnic" and implied he was on welfare by stating he received checks from the government. She also labeled him a "stalker" who impersonated her team members.

In addition to his harassment and abuse claims, Peak sued Nicki for reputational harm, emotional distress, and financial loss. He wanted $5 million in damages for her alleged crimes, a sum he seemed confident in winning in court.

Nicki and her legal team had not responded to the plaintiff's lawsuit at the time of this report; however, it was not their first rodeo. The Blast reported the rapper was sued for jewelry damage in 2023.

Roseark Boutique slammed the 41-year-old last June for allegedly damaging the accessories they loaned her. They struck the deal through her stylist Brett Alan Nelson for 66 pieces of jewelry worth $26,239.50, but Nicki's corner didn't fulfill their end of the bargain.

Roseark Boutique claimed they were never paid for their collaboration with Nicki and her stylist. They also alleged that the 66 jewelry pieces loaned to the pair weren't returned on time despite multiple requests.

When Nicki's stylist finally returned the accessories, the store claimed a set of earrings and a leaf ring were noticeably damaged. Following the lawsuit, the rapper's legal rep denied all charges, noting:

"This lawsuit appears to be nothing more than an ordinary insurance claim by the jeweler designed to generate publicity for itself and extract a payment to which it is not entitled. We will defend the lawsuit vigorously."

The drama eventually died down in November when the boutique filed to dismiss the "entire action of all parties and all causes of action" without prejudice. This gave them the right to refile their claims against Nicki in the future.

Nicki's legal troubles continued in May, with The Blast sharing she was detained for allegedly possessing drugs at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. She live-streamed her heated encounter with authorities, protesting her detention over weed "pre-rolls."

The rapper argued that the pre-rolls belonged to a team member; unfortunately, authorities held her responsible. The incident eventually led to the cancellation of her Manchester concert, and Nicki spent hours in a jail cell.

Will the newest defamation lawsuit be Nicki Minaj's last legal drama, or is there more to come?
