Kendall Jenner has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man she claims is an alleged stalker, and the model says that she has suffered emotional distress as a result of the scary situation.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kendall says the LAPD informed her that an alleged male stalker planned to kill her. "[The alleged stalker] expressed that he planned to purchase an illegal firearm, shoot me with that firearm and then kill himself," Jenner claimed in the documents. The man is currently being held on a temporary hold in a local hospital's psychiatric unit but could be released at any time.

The supermodel says she "has no relationship" with the man and that she has "never met or communicated with him." The docs state that Jenner is "particularly terrified because he traveled across the country for the sole purpose of killing me." Kendall is represented by her lawyer, Shawn Holley.

Kendall also claims that she "continues to suffer severe emotional distress and anxiety" and that she is "terrified that he will attempt to find me and harm or kill me when he is released from the hospital." She continued, "I fear for my safety if he is able to contact me or approach me."

An LAPD detective submitted a statement on behalf of Jenner's request for an emergency restraining order. He said that the alleged stalker followed Kendall on social media and "took issue with her social media presence." He also claimed the alleged stalker's goal is to "kill Ms. Jenner because, in his opinion, she is not using her public platform properly."

He must stay 100 yards away from the supermodel's home, work, and Jenner herself until the hearing on April 20, 2021.

Kendall is no stranger to obtaining restraining orders; in November of 2018, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was granted a permanent restraining order against a Canadian man who was discovered in her swimming pool and had been arrested for trespassing two other times on her property.

ICE officials in El Paso, Texas, arrested that same man, and he has been deported. After his arrest, the KarJenner family released a statement: “We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by the Los Angeles Police Department and ICE, whose swift response and professionalism led to the apprehension of this man.” The statement continued, “Not only have his actions had a severe impact on Kendall’s life, but on our entire family, causing all of us to fear for her safety as well as our own. Knowing this individual is in custody gives us peace of mind.”

Jenner's sister, Kylie Jenner, also obtained a restraining order against an obsessed fan that was so determined to meet the star, he scaled her security gate. Kylie was not home at the time of the incident but was told that the fan was "observed walking up the front driveway to the front door of my home" and that he "knocked aggressively" and asked to see her. The KarJenners have tight security, and the makeup mogul said in her declaration, "to gain access to my home and to evade the security measures I have in place, scares me."

Next month, Kendall will have her chance to make her restraining order a permanent one.
