Lady Gaga is a simple woman, and she only needs two things to make her happy... her boyfriend, Michael Polansky and their cute doggies!

The "Rain On Me" singer celebrated her 35th birthday on Sunday, March 28, by sharing a photo of the giant bouquet that her sweet BF sent to her. Gaga is still in Rome, where she is filming "House of Gucci" with Adam Driver and Al Pacino, but she took time to say how much she loves Polansky before heading off to work. Her emotional note shows that she is still head over heels in love with Michael and her recently recovered pooches.

Gaga opened up about what makes her happy in the caption of her post. "When your bf sends you all the flowers in Rome for your birthday," the singer wrote. "I love you honey ? I can’t wait to be home with you and our dogs, that’s all I need."

Not only did she thank Michael for being a supportive/caring boyfriend, but she also referenced her two French Bulldogs that were recently recovered after a violent dognapping. The incident resulted in the star's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, being shot. Thankfully, he is on the mend.

Today, I am celebrating you like a true little monster ?⚔️?."

Polansky and Gaga first sparked romance rumors in February 2020 when they were spotted making out on a balcony. The only problem was that nobody knew who the mystery man was at the time. She later went IG public with Michael and informed her fans that things are serious. "We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans, you’re the best! ❤️" she wrote alongside her first Instagram couples pic.

Page Six quickly identified him as being the CEO of the Parker Group, which is the investment group started by Facebook co-founder Sean Parker. Translation... he's a serious business dude and a great catch for Gaga!
