Ramsay also described the incident as a painful ordeal, saying, "I'm in pain. It's been a brutal week." However, the 57-year-old emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet, urging that protective gear should be used for all rides, stating, "I cannot tell you the importance of wearing a helmet."
Ramsay stressed the critical importance of wearing a helmet regardless of the distance for cyclists of all ages, saying:

Before his recent bike ride, Ramsay showed no signs of lingering effects from his recent biking accident, as evidenced by his joyful visit to Disneyland with his family.
The Blast reported that the fiery chef showcased a softer side as he bonded with his wife, Tana, and their children. Sporting a casual baseball cap, navy T-shirt, and shorts, Ramsay enjoyed a day of fun and relaxation at the iconic theme park.

The 'Kitchen Nightmares' Star Took Up Cycling For His Marriage
Ramsay revealed a surprising reason behind his dedication to cycling: his marriage. The outspoken chef admitted that his unhealthy eating habits, including constant snacking and tasting while cooking, had led to significant weight gain.
Ramsay confessed that his appearance had made him self-conscious, noting, "Tana wasn't impressed with how I looked. I looked like a sack of sh-t. I'd see myself in photos and wonder how Tana stayed with me. She's gorgeous, and there I was, a fat f-ck."
The turning point came when Tana highlighted his expanding waistline, prompting Ramsay to commit to a healthier lifestyle through cycling. "It was a big wake-up call," he said.
With Gordon Ramsay's passion for cycling reignited and family support evident, hopefully, there will be no more accidents.
