Wactor's friend placed blame on Level 8, the downtown Los Angeles restaurant where the incident occurred, for the tragic incident that led to his death. Joy claims that the restaurant's lack of adequate employee parking created a dangerous environment that ultimately cost Wactor his life.
The TV personality was fatally shot while confronting a group attempting to steal his car's catalytic converter in the restaurant's parking lot. Joy asserts that she and other employees had repeatedly raised concerns about the parking situation to management but were met with inaction.
