Bebe Rexha recently shared an emotional video on Instagram, alleging that she was "threatened" by a security agent at Munich Airport for speaking Albanian.

She said she was barred from her Lufthansa flight after asking the agent for help in Albanian.

In the video, the 34-year-old singer is seen crying as she explains, "The supervisor of the flight of Lufthansa is threatening me."

Rexha then turned to someone off-camera and apologized, saying, "Sorry," before adding, "They are threatening me..."

She added a message in the video clip, which read, "I've been threatened because I thought the security agent was Albanian. I spoke to him in Albanian, asking where to get my ticket, and now he is banning me from the flight."

Bebe Rexha Believes She Suffered A 'Hate Crime' For Being Albanian

In a second clip, Rexha, who has 11.9 million followers, was still seen in tears, with mascara running down her face.

The famous singer seemed to be seated with her passport while waiting to be attended to as she wiped the tears from her face.

In another post on her IG stories, Rexha noted that she believes what happened to her was a "hate crime" and also chastised the female staff at the airport for not stepping in to assist her.

"I believe this to be a hate crime because I am Albanian," Rexha wrote, "He would not let me take his name. He continued to mentally abuse me to make me feel like he was more powerful [than] he was."

Rexha's encounter with the security agent comes just one month after she shared that she was 'fed' up with the music industry in a series of fiery tweets.

The four-time Grammy nominee claimed that she "could bring down a BIG chunk of this industry" with her information, which she has yet to divulge.

"I have been UNDERMINED," she wrote. "I've stayed quiet for so long, ignoring the signs that were so obvious, even though people pointed them out." She added, "When I've spoken up, I've been silenced and PUNISHED by this industry. Things must change, or I'll be revealing all of my truths—the good, the bad, and the ugly."

The "Say My Name" singer later clarified that her previous post wasn't solely fueled by anger.

"It's sadness," she admitted. "I'm sitting in my hotel room in London, crying my eyes out. I've felt hopeless for the longest time. I've been walking a lot through this city and meeting fans, and they have really ignited something inside of me."

In another interaction, a fan remarked, "Nobody should be forgiven for the time they took your name out of 'Hey Mama," referencing the 2015 David Guetta track "Hey Mama," which Rexha co-wrote alongside Guetta and others.

Back then, Rexha revealed to Billboard that despite being credited as a co-writer, she was not initially listed as a vocalist on the track with Nicki Minaj and Afrojack—a situation that was especially frustrating for her given the challenges she had already faced in the music industry.

"I really wanted to be featured on it because, you know, I've been signed and dropped, and now signed a second time, so it's been hard," she shared. "What ended up happening was that it looked like a lot of names on the title, so they wanted to keep as many low features as possible. That's what I was told, and it makes sense to me. I guess more than two [featured] names don't look good on the radio."

In a now-deleted Instagram story from June, Rexha took a jab at rapper G-Eazy, labeling him a "stuck-up ungrateful loser" and hinting she could reveal all the "sh-tty things you've done and how you treated me after I gave you your only real hit."

According to Forbes, Rexha shared a screenshot of messages from her team asking if she'd consider collaborating on social media content with G-Eazy. The messages prompt her to tag the rapper, tell him he has her number, and bluntly state, "[By the way], the answer is no."

Later, on X (formerly Twitter), Rexha revealed that her team advised her to take down the post, explaining that "trauma" led her to react that way. However, she expressed regret for deleting it, emphasizing that she "still stands by what [she] said."
